Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel your eyelids growing heavy, your jaw releasing, and your arms and legs feeling heavy and relaxed.

Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, peaceful garden, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and the gentle breeze rustling your hair. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this environment, and let go of any tension or stress.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat after me: ‘I am calm, I am relaxed, I am open to discovery.'”

*Deepening*

“Now, imagine yourself sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more open to inner exploration. Your body is letting go of all tension, all stress, and all self-doubt.

Imagine a warm, comforting light filling your body, starting from the center of your chest, and flowing outwards to your entire being. As this light touches each part of you, it brings self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-love.
