Strop Smoking Forever with Hypnotherapy

With the power of your mind you have the power within you to overcome this smoking addiction. You are strong, capable, and in control.

Here is a sample script for a hypnotherapy session to help someone stop smoking forever:

Induction

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s calm and gentle voice guides the client into a state of deep relaxation.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll take the first step towards a healthier, smoke-free life. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Feel the tension in your body start to melt away, like warm wax dripping down a candle.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper and deeper into relaxation. As you take a step down, feel your eyelids growing heavier, your breathing slowing down, and your body becoming heavier. With each step, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed’ to yourself.

Take another step down, and feel your shoulders dropping, your jaw releasing, and your entire body letting go of any remaining tension. You’re doing great. Take one more step down, and as you do, repeat ‘I am completely relaxed’ to yourself.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful place, where you feel safe and comfortable. It could be a beach, a forest, or a cozy room in your home. Take a moment to explore this place, noticing the sights, sounds, and sensations around you.

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any remaining stress or anxiety leaving your body. You’re becoming more and more relaxed with each breath.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light touches each part of your body, it relaxes any remaining tension, calming your mind and soothing your emotions.”

Suggestions

Hypnotherapist: “Now, I want you to imagine yourself as a non-smoker. See yourself confidently walking away from a pack of cigarettes, knowing you’ve made the decision to quit for good.

Repeat after me: ‘I am in control of my cravings. I am strong and capable of overcoming any urge to smoke.’ Say it with conviction: ‘I am in control of my cravings. I am strong and capable of overcoming any urge to smoke.’

Imagine the smell of fresh air filling your lungs, the taste of clean, healthy breath on your tongue. You’re proud of yourself for taking this step towards a healthier lifestyle.

Whenever you think about smoking, imagine a big, red ‘STOP’ sign in your mind. See yourself putting on the brakes, taking a deep breath, and choosing a healthier alternative. You can do this. You are in control.

Imagine yourself in situations where you normally would have smoked, but now you’re smiling, feeling confident, and knowing you’ve made the right decision. You’re a non-smoker, and you’re feeling amazing.”

Reinforcement

Hypnotherapist: “From this day forward, you’ll find yourself becoming more and more resistant to the temptation of cigarettes. You’ll notice your cravings decreasing, your energy increasing, and your overall health improving.

Whenever you think about smoking, remember that you’ve made a conscious decision to quit. You’re in control, and you’re capable of overcoming any obstacle.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am a non-smoker’ to yourself. Feel the confidence and pride in your voice. You’ve got this.

Remember, you’re not alone. You have the power within you to overcome any addiction. You’re strong, capable, and in control.”

Bring the client out of trance

Hypnotherapist: “Now, slowly begin to bring your attention back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, open your eyes.

Notice how you’re feeling, and remember that you’re in control of your journey towards a smoke-free life. You did great!”

Note: This is just a sample script, and you should adjust it according to the client’s specific needs and preferences. It’s also essential to work with a licensed hypnotherapist or healthcare professional when using hypnotherapy for smoking cessation.

Release lust, desire, and temptation from your life with Hypnotherapy

With the power of your mind imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror, looking at your reflection with kindness and compassion. See yourself as a strong, capable, and responsible individual, making choices that align with your values and goals.

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help you release lust, desire, and temptation from your life:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Allow yourself to find a comfortable and relaxing position, either sitting or lying down. Take a deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly. As you breathe out, feel any tension or stress leaving your body.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each breath, feel yourself descending down the staircase, letting go of any worries or concerns. You are safe, and you are in control.

As you reach the bottom of the staircase, imagine yourself in a peaceful and serene environment. It could be a beach at sunset, a quiet forest, or a cozy mountain meadow. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this setting, feeling the sights, sounds, and sensations of this peaceful place.”

Deepening

“Now, take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyelids to grow heavy and relaxed. Feel your body becoming heavier, as if you’re sinking deeper into relaxation.

Imagine a warm, soothing light filling your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it dissolves any remaining tension or stress, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

With each breath, feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, letting go of any thoughts or worries. You are in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and changes.”

Releasing Lust, Desire, and Temptation

“Now, bring to mind the feelings of lust, desire, and temptation that may have been controlling your thoughts and actions. Imagine these emotions as a burning fire inside you, consuming your energy and focus.

As you inhale, imagine a cooling breeze blowing into your body, calming the flames of lust, desire, and temptation. With each exhale, feel the fire diminishing, becoming smaller and smaller until it’s just a small spark.

Repeat after me: ‘I release all feelings of lust, desire, and temptation. I choose to let go of the need for external validation and focus on my inner strength and values.’

Imagine a wise and compassionate voice within you, guiding you towards self-control and self-awareness. This voice reminds you that true happiness and fulfillment come from within, and that you have the power to make choices that align with your values and goals.

As you continue to breathe deeply, feel a sense of clarity and purpose emerging within you. You are in control of your thoughts, emotions, and actions, and you choose to use your energy for positive growth and development.”

Empowerment

“Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror, looking at your reflection with kindness and compassion. See yourself as a strong, capable, and responsible individual, making choices that align with your values and goals.

Repeat after me: ‘I am in control of my thoughts, emotions, and actions. I choose to focus on my growth, well-being, and positive relationships.’

As you inhale, imagine a surge of confidence and self-awareness filling your body, and as you exhale, imagine any remaining doubts or fears leaving your mind. You are empowered to make choices that bring you joy, peace, and fulfillment.”

Counting and Awakening

“Take one final, deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly. As you breathe out, feel yourself becoming more alert and awake.

I will now count from one to five, and when I reach five, you will open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and empowered. One… two… three… four… five.

Open your eyes, and welcome back to the present moment. You are now more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and actions, and you are ready to move forward with confidence and self-awareness.”

Remember to practice self-reflection and self-compassion after this hypnotherapy session. Take your time to process and integrate the positive changes you’ve made, and don’t hesitate to reach out for support if you need it.
