Hello, and welcome to this hypnotherapy session. My voice will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, where you can let go of all tension and stress. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, feeling your eyes closing gently. With each breath, feel your body relaxing, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes.

Imagine yourself walking on a warm, sandy beach at sunrise. The air is fresh and clean, filling your lungs with a sense of calm and tranquility. With each breath, feel yourself relaxing more and more, letting go of all worries and concerns.

Deepening

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale, feeling any tension or stress leaving your body. With each breath, feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation, becoming heavier and heavier, like a feather gently falling onto a soft, fluffy cloud.

Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a peaceful waterfall. The sound of the water is calming and soothing, washing away any fatigue or lethargy. As you gaze into the waterfall, see your reflection staring back at you, filled with energy and vitality.

Motivation

As you continue to breathe deeply, bring to mind the motivation to move your body today. Imagine yourself feeling energized, motivated, and inspired to take care of your physical health.

Repeat after me: “I choose to move my body today because I deserve to feel good.” “I am worthy of taking care of my physical health.” “I trust myself to make healthy choices.”

Imagine a spark of motivation igniting within you, fueling your desire to move your body. See this spark growing brighter and brighter, filling you with energy and enthusiasm.

Visualization

Imagine yourself engaging in your favorite physical activity, whether it’s walking, jogging, yoga, or dancing. See yourself moving with ease, feeling strong and capable. Imagine the sensations in your body, the feeling of your heart beating, and the rush of endorphins releasing.

Now, see yourself achieving your fitness goals, feeling proud and accomplished. Imagine the confidence and self-esteem that comes with taking care of your physical health.

Encouragement

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help allow your inner world to create your outer world:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll discover the power of your inner world in shaping your outer reality. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, calming environment, where you feel safe and supported.

“Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, your shoulders to drop, and your body to relax even further. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, calm, and peaceful.

“Now, imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with 10 steps leading down to a peaceful, relaxing place. With each step, repeat the phrase ‘I am becoming more relaxed’ to yourself. Take your first step down, and say ‘I am becoming more relaxed.’ Take your second step down, and say ‘I am becoming more relaxed.’ Continue down the stairs, repeating the phrase until you reach the bottom, where you feel completely relaxed and calm.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself in a peaceful, relaxing place, surrounded by tranquility and serenity. Feel the calmness spreading through your body, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. With each breath, allow yourself to relax even further, letting go of any tension or stress.

“Now, visualize a warm, soothing light filling your body, calming your mind, and awakening your inner world. As this light spreads, repeat the phrase ‘I am open to my inner wisdom’ to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious mind.”

Inner World Creation

“Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, peaceful landscape, representing your inner world. See the vibrant colors, the lush greenery, and the sparkling light. This is your sanctuary, where your deepest desires and dreams reside.

“Now, visualize a creative energy building within you, like a spark growing into a flame. This energy represents your inner world’s desire to express itself in the outer world.

“As this energy grows, imagine your inner world generating ideas, inspiration, and creativity. See these thoughts and images manifesting in your outer world, taking shape and form.

“Repeat the phrase ‘My inner world creates my outer world’ to yourself, feeling a sense of empowerment and trust in your inner wisdom. Your inner world is guiding you towards your highest potential, and you are open to its creativity and inspiration.
