Remove Words that can Harm your Mind with Hypnotherapy

Feel yourself being anchored in stability, peace, and profound self-love. Allow your heart to open, and your breathing to become even more relaxed, as you surrender to the present moment.

Here is a hypnotherapy script that helps to remove words that can harm from your mind:

Introduction

(Soft, calming music starts playing. The therapist’s voice is gentle, soothing, and loving.)

Therapist: “Welcome to this peaceful space, where you’re invited to embark on a journey of healing and transformation. Allow yourself to settle in, get comfortable, and take a deep breath in… and out… Feel the weight of your body on the chair, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sound of my voice guiding you with love and compassion.”

Induction

Therapist: “Close your eyes, dear one, and take another deep breath in… and out… As you exhale, imagine any tension, stress, or anxiety leaving your body, like a leaf gently floating away on a soft breeze. Allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your breath to become calm and relaxed. Imagine yourself standing in a serene landscape, surrounded by calming elements, and the warm, comforting presence of loving energy.

Deepening

Therapist: “As you begin to walk through this peaceful landscape, notice the sensation of your feet touching the soft ground. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered. Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, deep into the earth, anchoring you in stability, peace, and profound self-love. Allow your heart to open, and your breathing to become even more relaxed, as you surrender to the present moment.”

Releasing Harmful Words

Therapist: “Now, dear one, bring to mind any words that have been spoken to you, or that you’ve spoken to yourself, that have caused harm, pain, or discomfort. These words might be critical, judgmental, or negative, and may have been echoing in your mind for a long time. Allow yourself to acknowledge these words, and to recognize the impact they’ve had on your life.”

(Pause for a few moments to allow the client to process and reflect)

Therapist: “As you breathe deeply, imagine that you’re gently releasing these words, one by one, like autumn leaves floating away on a gentle stream. Imagine the weight of these words lifting, like a burden being removed from your shoulders. Allow yourself to let go of the pain, the hurt, and the discomfort that these words have caused, and to make space for new, nourishing words to take their place.”

Replacing with Nourishing Words

Therapist: “Now, dear one, allow these nourishing words to fill your mind and heart: ‘I am enough, I am worthy, and I am loved.’ ‘I trust myself, I trust my instincts, and I trust the universe to support me.’ ‘I am strong, I am resilient, and I am capable of overcoming any challenge.’ Repeat these words to yourself, and feel the truth of them resonating within you. Imagine any self-doubt, or criticism, melting away, like ice in the warm sun.”

Soothing Imagery

Therapist: “Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This light represents your own inner wisdom, your capacity for self-love, and your deep desire for healing and growth. Allow this light to fill any areas of pain, or discomfort, with a soothing balm of compassion, and gentle understanding. Imagine any tension, or stress, melting away, like a soft mist evaporating in the warm sun.”

Empowerment and Self-Love

Therapist: “As you slowly begin to come back to the present moment, take a deep breath in… and out… Remember that you have the power to choose how you want to experience your life, and that you’re capable of creating a reality that’s aligned with your deepest values, and desires. Trust in your own inner wisdom, and know that you’re deserving of love, care, and compassion – always. Repeat these words to yourself, and feel the truth of them resonating within you: ‘I am loved, I am worthy, and I am enough.'”

Counting Up and Grounding

Therapist: “When you’re ready, you can slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more connected to your own heart. Take a moment to notice how you’re feeling, and to acknowledge the love, and compassion that’s always present within you. Remember to be gentle with yourself, and to prioritize your own well-being, as you navigate the ups and downs of life.”

(Soft music continues to play as the client slowly opens their eyes, feeling more relaxed, and more connected to their own heart)

This script helps to remove words that can harm from your mind, and replaces them with nourishing words that promote self-love, self-worth, and compassion. Remember to always use a gentle, soothing tone, and to guide your clients with empathy, and understanding.

My Body as a Temple for the Holy Spirit with Hypnotherapy

To “develop your body as a temple” means to treat your physical body with respect and care, recognizing it as a sacred space for the Holy Spirit. This involves practices like maintaining physical health through proper nutrition, exercise, and rest, as well as engaging in behaviours that honour God and avoid actions that defile the body.

Here’s a script for a Hypnotherapy session, guiding you to experience your body as a temple for the Holy Spirit:

Introduction

(Soft, calming music starts playing. Speak in a gentle, soothing tone.)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey to experience your body as a temple for the Holy Spirit, a sacred, magnificent space that honors the divine presence within you. Allow yourself to relax, let go of any tension, and simply be present in this moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel any stress or anxiety leave your body. You’re safe, supported, and about to experience a profound connection with the Holy Spirit.”

Induction

(Speak in a slow, hypnotic pace.)

“Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment. Notice the sensation of your feet connecting with the ground. Feel the weight of your body distributed evenly, supported by the earth beneath you. As you inhale, breathe in the fresh, clean air, filling your lungs with tranquility. Exhale, and release any thoughts, worries, or doubts. Allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your body to relax further with each breath.”

Deepening

(Continue speaking in a soothing tone.)

“Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to emanate from the crown of your head. This light represents the Holy Spirit, guiding, directing, and nourishing your body, mind, and spirit. As it flows down through your body, it loosens any tension, easing your muscles, and quieting your mind. Allow this light to fill your entire being, sanctifying your body, and preparing it as a temple for the Holy Spirit. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more open to the divine presence within you.”

The Temple Preparation

(Speak in a gentle, imaginative tone.)

“Imagine your body as a temple, a sacred, magnificent space that is being prepared for the Holy Spirit to dwell within. See the temple as a symbol of your physical body, your heart, and your mind.

Visualize the temple being cleansed, purified, and consecrated, making it a worthy vessel for the divine presence.

As you breathe in, imagine the Holy Spirit entering your temple, filling it with light, love, and wisdom.”

The Holy Spirit’s Presence

(Speak in a gentle, uplifting tone.)

“Imagine the Holy Spirit’s presence within you, a gentle, loving, and guiding force that is always with you. See the Holy Spirit as a symbol of divine love, wisdom, and power. Visualize the Holy Spirit filling your temple, nourishing your body, mind, and spirit, and guiding you on your journey. As you breathe in, imagine the Holy Spirit’s presence expanding within you, filling you with peace, joy, and harmony.”

Communion with the Holy Spirit

(Speak in a gentle, intimate tone.)

“Imagine yourself in communion with the Holy Spirit, a deep, personal, and intimate connection that transcends words and thoughts. See yourself listening to the Holy Spirit’s gentle whisper, guiding you, directing you, and comforting you. Visualize the Holy Spirit’s love and wisdom flowing through you, filling you with a sense of purpose, meaning, and fulfillment. As you breathe in, imagine the Holy Spirit’s love and wisdom deepening within you, becoming a part of your very being.”

Dedication and Consecration

(Speak in a gentle, solemn tone.)

“Imagine yourself dedicating and consecrating your body, mind, and spirit to the Holy Spirit. See yourself surrendering your will, your desires, and your fears to the divine presence within you. Visualize the Holy Spirit accepting your dedication, and sealing you with a promise of love, guidance, and protection. As you breathe in, imagine the Holy Spirit’s seal of love and protection surrounding you, filling you with a sense of safety, security, and peace.”

Integration and Empowerment

(Speak in a gentle, empowering tone.)

“As you integrate the insights and awareness from this hypnotherapy session, remember that you are a temple of the Holy Spirit, a sacred, magnificent space that honours the divine presence within you. Imagine yourself trusting the Holy Spirit, trusting the divine guidance and wisdom that flows through you. See yourself feeling more confident, more empowered, and more connected to the divine presence within you. Know that you are capable of experiencing the Holy Spirit’s love, wisdom, and power in every moment, and that your body is a worthy vessel for the divine presence.”

Counting Technique (Reverse)

(Speak in a gentle, rhythmic tone.)

“Now, I’ll count forwards from 1, and with each number, you’ll feel yourself becoming more alert, more focused, and more connected to your outer world. 1…

you’re still present in your temple, feeling relaxed, calm, and centered. 2…

you begin to notice your surroundings, your body, and your breath. 3…

you feel more grounded, more connected to your physical body. 4…

your mind becomes more alert, your thoughts clearer. 5…

you’re becoming more aware of your emotions, your feelings, and your sensations. 6…

you’re ready to integrate the insights and awareness from your communion with the Holy Spirit into your daily life. 7…

you feel more confident, more empowered, and more connected to the divine presence within you. 8…

you’re now ready to return to your daily activities, feeling refreshed, renewed, and revitalized. 9…

you take one last, deep breath, and 10…

you’re back, feeling calm, centered, and connected to your inner self.”

Conclusion

(Speak in a gentle, closing tone.)

“Take a moment to notice how you’re feeling, to acknowledge the sense of love, respect, and care that you’ve cultivated for your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. Remember that your body is a precious, sacred vessel, worthy of love, respect, and care. When you’re ready, you can slowly open your eyes, and return to your day, feeling more relaxed, more centered, and more connected to the divine presence within you.

Thank you for joining me on this journey to experience your body as a temple for the Holy Spirit. May you carry the sense of divine love, wisdom, and power with you always.”
