Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotic state, where you can relax and let go of any tension or stress. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. * ‘I choose to nourish my body with healthy foods.’

* ‘I am strong and capable of making healthy decisions.’

“As you continue to visualize this scenario, I want you to repeat the following phrase to yourself:

* ‘I am in control of my food choices, and I choose to make healthy decisions.’

“Remember, you have the power to make healthy choices. You are strong, capable, and confident in your ability to resist temptation and make healthy decisions.”

Conclusion

“As you slowly come back to this room, I want you to remember the feeling of confidence and self-control that you’ve experienced during this hypnotic state. Remember that you have the power to make healthy choices, and that you are in control of your food choices.

Notice the sensation of your breathing, feeling your chest rise and fall with each breath. As you inhale, imagine fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any remaining tension or cravings leaving your body.

Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to emanate from within you. This light represents your inner strength and willpower, growing stronger with each passing moment. As this light grows, feel your confidence and determination to overcome sugar and chocolate cravings growing as well.”

Suggestions

“From this moment forward, you’ll find that your desire for sugar and chocolate is diminishing. You’ll no longer feel the need to reach for these treats out of habit or emotional triggers.
