Do Subconscious Mind Deep Meditation Take Control and Regulate your Sexual Arousal with Hypnotherapy

Imagine yourself in deep hypnosis in a situation where you would normally feel sexually aroused, but this time, observe how you respond differently. Notice how your body feels more relaxed, your mind clearer, and your emotions more balanced.

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script for regulating sexual arousal using the subconscious mind:

*Title:* Regulating Sexual Arousal with Hypnotherapy

*Induction:*

(Start with a relaxing induction, guiding the listener into a deep state of trance)

“Sitting comfortably, with your back straight and your body relaxed, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs, and then release it, letting go of any tension or stress.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm.

As you continue to breathe deeply, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your eyes to close, shutting out the distractions of the outside world. You are safe, relaxed, and in control.”

*Deepening:*

“Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you feel completely safe and comfortable. This could be a beach at sunset, a forest glade, or a cozy mountain meadow. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this environment, using all of your senses to experience its tranquility.

Notice the sensation of your feet connecting with the ground, feeling stable and grounded. Allow this sense of grounding to spread throughout your body, calming your mind and soothing your emotions.”

*Regression and Reframing:*

“Now, bring to mind a situation where you felt sexually aroused, and it may have been overwhelming or uncomfortable. Allow yourself to relive that experience, but this time, observe it from a detached perspective, as if you’re watching yourself from outside your body.

As you observe yourself, notice the physical sensations in your body, the thoughts in your mind, and the emotions that arose.

Allow yourself to acknowledge these feelings, but also recognize that they are temporary and fleeting.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to emanate from the crown of your head, flowing down through your body, and filling you with a sense of calm and control. As this light spreads, it neutralizes any overwhelming sensations, allowing you to feel more balanced and centered.

*Reframing and Anchoring:*

“Now, imagine yourself in a situation where you would normally feel sexually aroused, but this time, observe how you respond differently. Notice how your body feels more relaxed, your mind clearer, and your emotions more balanced.

As you continue to breathe deeply, anchor this feeling of balance and control by repeating the following phrase to yourself:

‘I am in control of my body and my emotions. I respond to situations with clarity and calmness.’

Repeat this phrase several times, allowing the words to sink deeply into your subconscious mind, where they will become a natural part of your thought patterns and behaviours.”

*Closing:*

“As you continue to relax, allow yourself to integrate this new pattern of response into your daily life. Know that you have the power to regulate your sexual arousal, and that you are in control of your body and your emotions.

When you’re ready, slowly count from 5 to 1, and when you reach 1, you’ll open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more in control. 5… 4… 3… 2… 1.”

Remember to always practice hypnotherapy with a licensed therapist or trained hypnotherapist, and to use caution when working with sensitive topics like sexual arousal.

Remove Fears and Insecurities with Hypnotherapy

With the power of your mind you can practice facing your fears and insecurities, the more confident and empowered you’ll become. You’re taking control of your life, and you’re choosing to live without fear and anxiety.

Here is a sample script for a hypnotherapy session to help someone remove fears and insecurities:

Induction

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s calm and gentle voice guides the client into a state of deep relaxation.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll take the first step towards overcoming your fears and insecurities. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Feel the tension in your body start to melt away, like warm wax dripping down a candle.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper and deeper into relaxation. As you take a step down, feel your eyelids growing heavier, your breathing slowing down, and your body becoming heavier. With each step, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed’ to yourself.

Take another step down, and feel your shoulders dropping, your jaw releasing, and your entire body letting go of any remaining tension. You’re doing great. Take one more step down, and as you do, repeat ‘I am completely relaxed’ to yourself.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful place, where you feel safe and comfortable. It could be a beach, a forest, or a cozy room in your home. Take a moment to explore this place, noticing the sights, sounds, and sensations around you.

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any remaining stress or anxiety leaving your body. You’re becoming more and more relaxed with each breath.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light touches each part of your body, it relaxes any remaining tension, calming your mind and soothing your emotions.”

Visualization

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine a large, empty box in front of you. This box represents your subconscious mind, and it’s where your fears and insecurities are stored. Take a moment to notice how the box looks, feels, and smells.

Imagine a bright, shining light beginning to fill the box, illuminating all the dark corners and crevices. As the light touches each fear and insecurity, it begins to dissolve, fading away into nothingness.

Notice how your body is feeling more relaxed, more calm, and more peaceful as each fear and insecurity disappears. You’re taking back control of your thoughts and emotions.

Imagine a small, gentle breeze blowing through the box, sweeping away any remaining scraps of fear and insecurity. You’re free, you’re clear, and you’re in control.”

Suggestions

Hypnotherapist: “From this day forward, whenever you feel fear or insecurity creeping in, remember the peaceful, empty box in your subconscious mind. Imagine the bright, shining light filling the box, dissolving any remaining fears and insecurities.

Repeat after me: ‘I am in control of my thoughts and emotions. I am strong and capable.’ Say it with conviction: ‘I am in control of my thoughts and emotions. I am strong and capable.’

You’re taking back your power, and you’re choosing to face your fears and insecurities head-on. You’re brave, you’re confident, and you’re unstoppable.

Whenever you feel anxious or scared, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine the bright light filling your mind, calming your thoughts, and soothing your emotions. You’ve got this.”

Reinforcement

Hypnotherapist: “Remember, the more you practice facing your fears and insecurities, the more confident and empowered you’ll become. You’re taking control of your life, and you’re choosing to live without fear and anxiety.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am fearless and confident’ to yourself. Feel the confidence and peace in your voice. You’ve got this.

You’re not alone in this journey. You have the power within you to overcome any fear or insecurity. You’re strong, capable, and in control.”

Bring the client out of trance

Hypnotherapist: “Now, slowly begin to bring your attention back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, open your eyes. Notice how you’re feeling, and remember that you’re in control of your thoughts and emotions. You did great!”

Note: This is just a sample script, and you should adjust it according to the client’s specific needs and preferences. It’s also essential to work with a licensed hypnotherapist or healthcare professional when using hypnotherapy for anxiety or fear relief.
