Today get on with Life, Let if Flow with Hypnotherapy

Creative Visualization – Once you have completed any creative visualization session, to bring yourself back to a normal waking state simply continue to breathe rhythmically, and begin to count upwards from 1 to 5, consciously bringing yourself out of the relaxed state and slowly opening your eyes.

Alternatively, if you are visualizing while in bed and before sleep, you can allow yourself to drift off to sleep while still feeling it real, which in turn allows your subconscious mind to more deeply accept whatever you have impressed it with. Whatever you choose, when you’re done let life flow – get on with your day knowing it’s done. Creation is already done!

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help you get on with life and let it flow:

Title: “Letting Go and Flowing with Life”

Induction:

(Calm, soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s voice is gentle and reassuring.)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll learn to let go of resistance and flow with life. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, letting go of any tension or stress. Feel your muscles relaxing, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes.

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake. With each breath, feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm. Your eyelids growing heavier, allowing your eyes to gently close. And as they do, allow yourself to drift into a state of deep relaxation.”

Deepening:

“Imagine yourself sinking deeper into relaxation, like a gentle wave washing over you. With each wave, feel yourself letting go of more and more tension, more and more resistance. Your body is sinking deeper, heavier, and more relaxed.

“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your entire body. This light represents calmness, peace, and relaxation. As it fills you, it dissolves any remaining tension, anxiety, or stress. You are becoming more and more relaxed, more and more calm, with each passing moment.”

Suggestions:

“As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious mind:

* ‘I let go of resistance and flow with life.’

* ‘I trust in the natural flow of life.’

* ‘I am open to new experiences and opportunities.’

* ‘I trust myself to make good decisions.’

* ‘I am worthy of living a happy, fulfilling life.’

“As you repeat these phrases, imagine yourself standing at the edge of the lake once again. This time, imagine a gentle current beginning to flow from the lake. This current represents the natural flow of life. As you repeat the phrases, imagine yourself stepping into the current, allowing it to carry you effortlessly downstream.

“Notice how the current moves smoothly, without resistance. It twists and turns, but it always flows forward. Allow yourself to flow with this current, trusting that it will take you where you need to be.

“As you continue to flow with the current, imagine any remaining doubts, fears, or worries being washed away. You are becoming lighter, freer, and more at peace with each passing moment.”

Visualization:

“Now, imagine yourself looking back at the path you’ve traveled so far. Notice how the current has carried you through twists and turns, always moving forward. See how far you’ve come, and how much you’ve grown.

“As you look back, notice the people, experiences, and opportunities that have come into your life. See how they have shaped you, taught you, and helped you grow.

“Notice the lessons you’ve learned, the wisdom you’ve gained, and the strength you’ve developed. Allow yourself to feel proud of who you are, and the progress you’ve made.

“And now, as you look forward, imagine the current carrying you into a bright, promising future. See yourself moving forward with confidence, trust, and faith in the natural flow of life.”

Counting and Awakening:

“As you continue to flow with the current, I’ll count from 1 to 5. When I reach 5, you’ll slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day.

1… Your body is relaxed, your mind is calm, and your heart is full of trust.

2… You are flowing with the natural current of life, moving effortlessly forward.

3… You are confident, strong, and worthy of living a happy, fulfilling life.

4… You trust yourself, your abilities, and the universe to guide you.

5… You are awake, refreshed, and ready to take on the day with a newfound sense of flow and confidence.”

( MUSIC FADES OUT )

Remember to always record yourself before doing a self-hypnosis session, so you can listen back and reinforce the suggestions. Feel free to modify the script to suit your personal needs and preferences.

Start Taking Inspired Action with Hypnotherapy

Although creative visualization is premised on a relaxed meditative state and using your imagination, taking physical action is more often than not required to successfully bring your imaginings into 3D reality.

You cannot, for instance, positively assume the state of meeting your ideal partner if you never leave your home. Nor can you expect to run your own successful business if you don’t take the steps to launch that business. Action is two-fold: inner mental action and outer physical action. By taking conscious mental action by way of what you imagine, the outward actions that naturally follow are inspired by the opportunities that arise.

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help you start taking inspired action:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll discover the power of taking inspired action. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the mattress, supported and cradled by the gentle embrace of gravity.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading down into a deeper state of relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling your body relax, your mind calm, and your spirit soothe.

As you descend, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am at peace’ to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious.

Now, imagine yourself at the bottom of the staircase, surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This is your sanctuary, your place of deep relaxation. Allow yourself to settle in, feeling safe, supported, and at ease.”

Deepening

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, like weights are attached to them. Feel them droop, feel them close, and as they do, allow your entire body to relax even further.

Imagine a warm, soothing mist filling the room, seeping into your pores, and calming your nervous system. As you inhale, imagine this mist filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any tension, any stress, any anxiety leaving your body.

Now, bring your attention to your toes. Yes, your toes. Feel them relax, feel them release any tension, any stress. As you exhale, imagine any remaining tension melting away, like snowflakes dissolving on warm skin.

Work your way up through your body, releasing any remaining tension, any stress, any anxiety. Allow your legs, your hips, your back, your shoulders, your arms, your hands, your neck, your jaw, and your face to completely relax.

You are now in a deep state of relaxation, ready to take inspired action.”

Inspired Action

“Imagine yourself standing in a space where you are surrounded by inspiration, by creativity, and by limitless possibilities. See yourself taking action, taking steps towards manifesting your desires.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am inspired, I am motivated, I am taking action’ to yourself, allowing the words to resonate deep within your being.

As you inhale, imagine the energy of inspiration filling your entire being, guiding you towards taking action, towards making your desires a reality.

Now, imagine yourself taking a step forward, into the reality of taking inspired action. See yourself fully embodying the sense of confidence, the sense of self-trust, and the sense of empowerment that comes with taking action.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am capable, I am worthy, I am deserving’ to yourself, allowing the words to resonate deep within your being.

Remember, taking inspired action is the key to manifesting your desires. Trust in yourself, trust in your abilities, and know that you are deserving of achieving anything you set your mind to.”
