Induction

[Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s calming voice begins the induction process.]

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. My voice will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind will be open to positive suggestions and growth. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, letting go of any tension or stress.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling your body relax further with each step. Your eyelids growing heavy, your breathing slow and calm…

You are now at the bottom of the staircase, in a peaceful, serene environment. Allow yourself to relax further, feeling safe and comfortable.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This light represents your subconscious mind, guiding you towards positive change and growth. With each breath, this light grows stronger, filling you with confidence and self-assurance.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am capable and responsible for my life and actions.'”

Reframing

“Now, bring to mind the situations or tasks that you’ve been avoiding or procrastinating on. Allow yourself to witness these situations, but from a detached perspective, as if you’re watching a movie.

Notice how avoiding responsibility has affected your life, relationships, and self-esteem. Allow yourself to acknowledge the feelings of guilt, shame, or anxiety that come with avoiding responsibility.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I take full responsibility for my actions and decisions. I am capable of handling challenges and making positive changes in my life.’)

Visualization

“Imagine yourself responding to challenging situations with confidence and assertiveness. See yourself taking charge of your responsibilities, making decisions, and taking action. Visualize the sense of pride and accomplishment that comes with taking ownership of your life.

Now, imagine yourself taking a step back, and looking at the situation from a higher perspective. You’re seeing all the options clearly, and you’re trusting your intuition to guide you. Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I trust myself to make the right decision.'”

**Empowerment**

“Imagine a sense of confidence and empowerment growing within you. You’re aware of your strengths, your values, and your goals. You know that you have the power to make confident, clear, and effective decisions in your life.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I trust myself to make the right decision.’ Allow these words to fill you with confidence and empowerment.

Now, imagine yourself making a decision, and feeling confident and clear about your choice. You’re feeling proud, satisfied, and empowered to take action and move forward.

As you continue to visualize this scenario, notice how you feel. Do you feel confident, empowered, and clear about your decision-making ability? Allow yourself to integrate this feeling into your daily life, knowing that you have the power to make confident, clear, and effective decisions.”
