As you embrace this new you, imagine yourself letting go of the old patterns, the old habits, and the old ways of thinking. You’re not holding onto what’s holding you back, you’re letting go and moving forward.

Imagine yourself walking away from the old you, leaving behind the limitations and the fears. You’re walking towards a new future, a future filled with possibilities and opportunities.

Take a moment to imagine what this new future looks like. What are your goals and aspirations? What steps do you need to take to get there? Take a deep breath, and imagine yourself taking the first step towards this new future.

As you take this step, imagine yourself feeling more confident, more capable, and more in control. You’re not afraid of change, you’re embracing it. You’re not afraid of the unknown, you’re excited about the possibilities.

Take one final breath, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. You’re now ready to create a new you, to embrace change, and to start living the life you’ve always wanted.”
