With each breath, allow yourself to relax further, letting go of any thoughts or worries that may be present.
Now, imagine yourself becoming heavier, as if roots are growing from the soles of your feet, deep into the earth. This sensation grounds you, connecting you to the present moment. Allow yourself to feel stable and secure, knowing that you are exactly where you need to be.
As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am safe, I am secure, I am loved.'”
