Now, imagine yourself in the same situation, but this time, you feel confident, capable, and competent. You know that you have the skills, knowledge, and abilities to succeed. You’re feeling proud, satisfied, and empowered. Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am capable, I am competent, and I am enough.'”

Empowerment

“Imagine a sense of confidence and empowerment growing within you. You’re aware of your strengths, your accomplishments, and your positive qualities. You know that you deserve to feel confident, valued, and respected in your personal and professional life.
