Identifying the Fear

“Now, imagine a situation where you felt fearful of failure. Perhaps it was due to a past experience, fear of rejection, or fear of not meeting expectations. Allow the fear to surface, but don’t engage with it yet. Simply observe it, acknowledging the feelings that arise. How did you feel in that moment? What emotions did you experience?”

Understanding the Root

“Take a step back and examine the root of the fear of failure. Recognize that it’s often fueled by not learning from mistakes, fear of making mistakes, or fear of not being perfect. Understand that these thoughts can be intense, leading to anxiety and fear. Acknowledge that you have the power to choose how you respond to these thoughts and that you can work towards building resilience and learning from mistakes.”

Releasing the Fear

“Imagine a large, heavy weight in front of you, representing the fear of failure. See the weight begin to lift, symbolizing your release from these feelings. As the weight disappears, feel the lightness and freedom that comes with letting go.

Repeat to yourself:

* ‘I release the fear of failure.’

* ‘I choose to learn from my mistakes.’

* ‘I trust that I can grow and improve.'”

Fostering Resilience

“Visualize a warm, nurturing light filling your body, representing resilience and a growth mindset. As this light grows, it guides you to view mistakes as opportunities for growth and learning. Imagine yourself embracing challenges, taking risks, and learning from failures. Allow this sense of resilience to become your guiding force.”

Empowering Growth

“From this place of resilience, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:
