Here is a sample hypnotherapy script on focusing clearly on what you need:

*Induction*

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the chair, your muscles releasing all tension. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, calm environment where you feel completely safe and relaxed.

“With each breath, allow yourself to let go of any thoughts, worries, or concerns. You are here to focus clearly on what you need, to clarify your desires and intentions. Allow yourself to trust in the power of your subconscious mind and the guidance of my words.”

*Deepening*

“Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, serene landscape. With each step, feel your roots growing deeper into the earth, anchoring you in stability and confidence. As you breathe in, imagine fresh, empowering energy flowing into your body, filling you with vitality and strength.

“Notice the sensation of your feet connecting with the ground, feeling grounded and secure. As you exhale, imagine any doubts, fears, or limitations leaving your body, making space for clarity and focus.

“Take a moment to visualize yourself as a clear, focused being, able to see what you need and desire with clarity and precision. Allow yourself to feel this sense of empowerment growing with each breath.”

*Script*

“Now, I want you to imagine that you have a powerful, inner guide within you, a guide that knows exactly what you need to live a happy, fulfilling life. This guide is wise, compassionate, and infinitely knowledgeable.

“Take a moment to ask this guide, ‘What do I need right now? What is my heart’s desire?’ Listen for the answer, allowing it to rise to the surface of your mind.

“Imagine this answer as a clear, shining light, illuminating your path and guiding you towards your desires. See yourself taking action, making decisions, and pursuing your goals with clarity and focus.

“Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing them to sink deep into your subconscious mind: ‘I am clear on what I need. I am focused on my desires. I am guided by my inner wisdom.’

“Remember, your inner guide knows exactly what you need to live a happy, fulfilling life. With each breath, repeat the phrase ‘I trust in my inner wisdom, I trust in myself.'”

*Counting Up and Awakening*

“Now, as we come to the end of this hypnotherapy session, take a moment to notice how you feel. Notice the sense of clarity, the sense of focus, and the sense of empowerment that comes with knowing what you need.

“As you slowly begin to count up from one to five, allow yourself to return to a state of full awareness, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day with confidence and positivity.

“One… feeling more awake and alert.
Two… noticing my surroundings and feeling more present.
Three… taking a deep breath and feeling more energized.
Four… stretching my body and feeling more empowered.
Five… fully awake, fully aware, and fully connected to my inner wisdom.”
