Title: “Cultivating Love”

Induction:

(Soothing music starts playing. Speak in a calm, gentle tone.)

“Welcome to this loving hypnotherapy session. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to release from your body. Feel the weight of your seat, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sound of my voice guiding you deeper into relaxation.

Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, majestic forest on a warm summer day. The trees are tall and vibrant, and the sound of a gentle stream fills the air. With each breath, feel your body relaxing, your mind quieting, and your spirit lifting.

As you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am loving and compassionate’ to yourself. Allow the sound of the stream to be the only sound you focus on. You are safe, you are calm, and you are filled with love.

Deepening:

“Now, imagine yourself descending a staircase, one step at a time. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. At the bottom of the staircase, you’ll find a peaceful, serene room where you can let go of all your worries and concerns.

As you enter this room, notice the soothing colours, the soft cushions, and the gentle scent of red rose’s. Feel the sense of calm and tranquility that permeates this space. You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to receive positive suggestions and allow powerful changes inside you.”

Script:

“Imagine yourself standing in the most beautiful, peaceful garden. See all the many vibrant flowers blooming all around you, Smell the slight fragrance of the flowers in the breeze, Feel the soft grass beneath your feet, Hear the gentle breeze rustling the leaves. This garden represents your love, inner peace, calm and tranquility.

“Imagine yourself holding a very small, very delicate red flower in your hand. This flower represents the gentle, loving energy of your heart. As you hold the flower, feel its energy spreading throughout your entire body, filling you with love, deep affection, fondness, tenderness, warmth, intimacy, adoration, passion, desire, yearning, compassion, care, concern, kindness, sympathy and humanity.

Love as the fruit of the spirit represents your relationship to God. 

Now, visualize a bright, shining light radiating from your heart, symbolizing the love that resides within you. See this light expanding, filling your entire body, and overflowing into your relationships and experiences.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am a source of love and compassion’ to yourself, and feel the truth of those words resonating deep within your soul. You are a beacon of love, spreading kindness, empathy, and understanding to all those around you.”

Counting and Awakening:

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly count from 5 to 1. As you count, feel yourself becoming more alert, more focused, and more energized.

5… Feel the rise of your chest, the sensation of the air in your lungs.

4… Notice the sensation of your feet on the ground, the stability of your body.

3… Feel the clarity of your mind, the focus of your thoughts.

2… Visualize the bright, shining light of love still radiating from your heart, symbolizing your inner love and compassion.

1… You are awake, refreshed, and filled with love. You are kind, you are compassionate, and you are ready to take on your day.”

(Soothing music continues to play for another minute before fading out.)

“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light filling your body. This light represents relaxation and calmness. As it spreads through your body, it dissolves any tension or stress, leaving you feeling more relaxed and peaceful with each passing moment.

“You are now in a state of deep relaxation, open to positive suggestions and ready to let go of old programming.”

Deepening:

(Speak calmly and slowly)

“Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful lake. The water is calm and still, reflecting the beauty of nature. Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, allow yourself to step forward, feeling the cool water envelop your feet.

“With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more at peace. The water is now at your ankles, then your knees, and now your waist. As it rises, it washes away any remaining tension or stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

“You are now completely relaxed, surrounded by the peacefulness of nature. Your mind is clear, and your body is calm. You are ready to let go of old programming and embrace positive change.”

Forgiveness and Release:

(Speak calmly and slowly)

“Imagine all the negative thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior that have been holding you back as a thick, grey mist surrounding your body. This mist represents the old programming that has been limiting your potential.

“As you inhale, imagine fresh, clean air filling your lungs. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale, allowing the mist to begin to clear. With each breath, the mist grows thinner, until it’s just a faint haze.

“Now, imagine a warm, golden light beginning to fill your body. This light represents forgiveness and release. It washes over you, filling every cell, every molecule, and every thought with its gentle, loving energy.

“As the light spreads, it dissolves the remaining mist, releasing all the negative patterns and emotions that have been holding you back. You are now free from the old programming that has limited your potential.

“Repeat after me: ‘I forgive myself and others for all past hurts and limitations. I release all negative patterns and emotions, making space for positive growth and change.'”

Positive Affirmations:

“You are now free to create a new, positive reality for yourself. Imagine yourself in your ideal life, filled with happiness, success, and fulfillment.
