Allow this light to dissolve any emotional blockages, worries, or fears that may be stored in your heart.”

Purification

“Imagine a gentle, crystal-clear stream flowing into your heart, washing away any negative emotions, thoughts, or memories that no longer serve you. As the stream flows, it carries with it any feelings of guilt, shame, or regret, leaving your heart feeling lighter, freer, and more peaceful.

“Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your mind and heart:
