Induction:

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of self-love and empowerment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to leave your body. Feel your shoulders relax, your jaw release, and your body begin to unwind. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you feel completely safe and relaxed.

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to let go of any distractions or thoughts that no longer serve you. Allow your mind to quiet down, and your body to relax even further. You’re doing great, just allow yourself to let go and relax even more with each breath.”

Deepening:

“Now, imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step representing a deeper state of relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered. As you descend, notice the sensation of your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more at peace.

Take a few moments to settle in, and allow yourself to fully relax. You’re doing great, you’re safe, and you’re in control.”

Script:

“Now, I want you to imagine a warm, gentle light filling your heart, nourishing your emotions, and awakening your inner connection to your inner self. As this light grows, imagine it empowering you to take control of your heart, to listen to its whispers, and to make choices that align with its deepest desires.

Repeat after me: ‘I take full responsibility for my heart’s well-being.’ Say it with conviction, with confidence, and with awareness. ‘I take full responsibility for my heart’s well-being.’

As you repeat this phrase, imagine any feelings of guilt, shame, or blame melting away. You’re acknowledging that you have the power to choose how you respond to life’s challenges, to prioritize self-love, and to make decisions that honor your heart’s deepest desires.

Counting and Awakening:

“Now, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, begin to slowly count from 1 to 5. As you count, allow yourself to gradually return to a state of full awareness, feeling more connected to your heart, more empowered to make heart-centered decisions, and more responsible for its well-being.

When you’re ready, you can open your eyes, feeling more confident, more compassionate, and more responsible for taking care of your amazing heart.”

“Welcome to this loving hypnotherapy session. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to release from your body. Feel the weight of your seat, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sound of my voice guiding you deeper into relaxation.

Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, majestic forest on a warm summer day. The trees are tall and vibrant, and the sound of a gentle stream fills the air. With each breath, feel your body relaxing, your mind quieting, and your spirit lifting.

As you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am loving and compassionate’ to yourself. Allow the sound of the stream to be the only sound you focus on. You are safe, you are calm, and you are filled with love.

Deepening:

“Now, imagine yourself descending a staircase, one step at a time. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. At the bottom of the staircase, you’ll find a peaceful, serene room where you can let go of all your worries and concerns.

As you enter this room, notice the soothing colours, the soft cushions, and the gentle scent of red rose’s. Feel the sense of calm and tranquility that permeates this space. You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to receive positive suggestions and allow powerful changes inside you.”

Script:

“Imagine yourself standing in the most beautiful, peaceful garden. See all the many vibrant flowers blooming all around you, Smell the slight fragrance of the flowers in the breeze, Feel the soft grass beneath your feet, Hear the gentle breeze rustling the leaves. This garden represents your love, inner peace, calm and tranquility.

“Imagine yourself holding a very small, very delicate red flower in your hand. This flower represents the gentle, loving energy of your heart. As you hold the flower, feel its energy spreading throughout your entire body, filling you with love, deep affection, fondness, tenderness, warmth, intimacy, adoration, passion, desire, yearning, compassion, care, concern, kindness, sympathy and humanity.

Love as the fruit of the spirit represents your relationship to God. 

Now, visualize a bright, shining light radiating from your heart, symbolizing the love that resides within you. See this light expanding, filling your entire body, and overflowing into your relationships and experiences.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am a source of love and compassion’ to yourself, and feel the truth of those words resonating deep within your soul. You are a beacon of love, spreading kindness, empathy, and understanding to all those around you.”

Counting and Awakening:

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly count from 5 to 1. As you count, feel yourself becoming more alert, more focused, and more energized.

5… Feel the rise of your chest, the sensation of the air in your lungs.

4… Notice the sensation of your feet on the ground, the stability of your body.

3… Feel the clarity of your mind, the focus of your thoughts.

2… Visualize the bright, shining light of love still radiating from your heart, symbolizing your inner love and compassion.

1… You are awake, refreshed, and filled with love. You are kind, you are compassionate, and you are ready to take on your day.”

(Soothing music continues to play for another minute before fading out.)
