Here is a sample hypnotherapy script for healing from heartbreak:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll begin to heal from the heartbreak you’ve experienced. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, relaxing place. It could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this scene, taking in the sights, sounds, and sensations.

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calm air filling your lungs. As you breathe out, imagine any tension, anxiety, or sadness leaving your body. Repeat this process several times, allowing yourself to relax more with each breath.

Deepening

“Now, I’d like you to imagine a gentle, soothing warmth spreading through your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this warmth spreads, it’s calming your mind, relaxing your body, and quieting your nervous system.

Imagine yourself becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm with each breath. Your eyelids are growing heavy, and your body is feeling more and more relaxed.

Processing Emotions

“Now, I want you to bring to mind the heartbreak you’ve experienced. Allow yourself to feel the emotions that come with it – the sadness, the anger, the frustration, the disappointment.

Imagine these emotions as a heavy weight in your heart. As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming air filling your heart, slowly lifting the weight and making it lighter.

Letting Go

“As you continue to breathe in and out, imagine yourself letting go of the heartbreak. Imagine yourself releasing the pain, the hurt, and the sadness.

Imagine yourself saying goodbye to the relationship that didn’t work out, and hello to a new chapter in your life.

Self-Love and Acceptance

“Now, I want you to focus on yourself. Imagine yourself surrounded by love, care, and compassion. Imagine yourself accepting yourself exactly as you are – your strengths, your weaknesses, your flaws, and your beauty.

Imagine yourself treating yourself with kindness, understanding, and patience. Imagine yourself loving yourself unconditionally.

Counting and Awakening

“As you continue to relax and visualize yourself healing from the heartbreak, I’ll count from five to one, and when I reach one, you’ll slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on your day.

Five… your body is relaxed, your mind is calm.

Four… you’re feeling more at peace with each breath.

Three… you’re letting go of the heartbreak and opening up to new possibilities.

Two… you’re loving and accepting yourself just as you are.

One… you’re ready to face your day with confidence and positivity. Open your eyes, feeling refreshed and renewed.”

Post-Hypnotic Suggestions

“From now on, whenever you think about the heartbreak, you’ll feel a sense of peace and calm wash over you. You’ll remember to treat yourself with kindness, love, and compassion.

You’ll continue to focus on your own growth, development, and happiness. You’ll surround yourself with positive, supportive people who uplift and inspire you.

Remember, you are strong, capable, and resilient, and you will get through this. You will come out of this experience even stronger and wiser than before.”

Remember to practice self-hypnosis regularly to reinforce these positive affirmations and to continue building your confidence and ability to heal from the heartbreak.

Here is a list of diseases and problems associated with the Heart Chakra that can be treated successfully with Hypnosis.

Heart Chakra Imbalance

The chakra system distributes the flow of prana or energy throughout your subtle body. Stress, illness, emotional upset, or conflict all can cause blockages or imbalance in your chakra system. All of the seven chakras are interconnected; when one chakra experiences a blockage or imbalance, it affects all the others. This disruption of energy can cause your mind, body, and spirit to suffer.

When the heart chakra is imbalanced, it can cause emotional and physical distress. If you are working on improving your compassion and empathy or forming a deeper bond with others around you, it is important that you open and balance your heart chakra.

Underactive Heart Chakra – When a chakra is underactive, it means that the chakra is experiencing a blockage or is not distributing the flow of energy. When your heart chakra is underactive, it can affect your overall well being.

When your heart chakra is blocked or underactive, you may experience the inability to forgive others or move on from past experiences. When the heart chakra becomes blocked, it often detaches you from your emotions, numbing you from love and compassion.

Open the Heart Chakra (green). This chakra is all about love, caring, and endearment. When open, you seem to be compassionate and friendly, always working in amicable relationships. If it’s under-active: you tend to be cold and unfriendly. If it’s over-active: you tend to be so “loving” towards people that you suffocate them, and you could be seen as selfish for it.

Sit cross-legged.

Let the tips of your index finger and thumb touch on both hands.

Put your left hand on your left knee and your right hand in front of the lower part of your breastbone.

Concentrate on the Heart Chakra and what it stands for, at the spine, level with the heart.

Silently, but clearly, chant the sound “YAM.”

All this time, continue to relax your body and think of the chakra, it’s meaning, and how it does or should affect your life.

Key Characteristics of the Heart Chakra

  • Connection – The heart chakra is responsible for forming your deep bonds with other beings, including both romantic and platonic relationships.
  • Unconditional Love – This chakra is motivated by unconditional love. It gives you the ability to show love not only to yourself but to other people.
  • Compassion – The heart chakra is the center of your compassion for others, enabling you to be empathic and understand what others are going through. These qualities give your personality warmth and security that others are drawn to.
  • Respect – The heart chakra cultivates respect for yourself and others. This allows you to understand others’ ideas, thoughts, and boundaries.
  • Forgiveness – As a healing center, the heart chakra enables you to let go of past experiences and forgive others. When you encounter feelings of hurt, you are able to feel them fully and then move on from them, opening up your heart to new experiences and relationships.
