Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Allow yourself to find a comfortable and relaxing position, either sitting or lying down. Take a deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly. As you breathe out, feel any tension or stress leaving your body.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each breath, feel yourself descending down the staircase, letting go of any worries or concerns. You are safe, and you are in control.

Deepening

“Now, take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyelids to grow heavy and relaxed. Feel your body becoming heavier, as if you’re sinking deeper into relaxation.

Imagine a warm, soothing light filling your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it dissolves any remaining tension or stress, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

With each breath, feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, letting go of any thoughts or worries. You are in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and changes.”

Releasing Hopelessness, Apathy, and Despondency

“Now, bring to mind the feelings of hopelessness, apathy, and despondency that have been weighing you down. Imagine these emotions as a dark cloud surrounding you, making it difficult to see a way forward.

As you inhale, imagine fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any hopelessness, apathy, and despondency leaving your body. See the dark cloud begin to dissipate, allowing more and more light to shine through.

Repeat after me: ‘I release all feelings of hopelessness, apathy, and despondency. I choose to let go of the past and move forward with hope and optimism.’

Imagine a warm, comforting light filling the space where the dark cloud once was. This light represents your inner strength, resilience, and determination. It reminds you that you are capable of overcoming any challenge and achieving your goals.
