Remove Stress and Anxiety from your Physical Body with Hypnotherapy

With the power of your mind you are calm, you are relaxed, and you are at peace. Your body is free from stress and anxiety, and you feel a sense of tranquility and relaxation.

Here is a sample hypnotherapy script to help remove stress and anxiety from the physical body:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll learn to release stress and anxiety from your physical body. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine a warm, soothing light filling your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it calms your mind and relaxes your muscles.

With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered. Allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and let your eyes gently close.

You are safe, you are relaxed, and you are in control. Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress, and simply focus on your breath.”

Deepening

“Now, imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper and deeper into relaxation. With each step, feel yourself becoming more calm, more relaxed, and more tranquil.

As you descend the staircase, count backwards from 10 to 1, and with each number, feel yourself becoming more relaxed and more calm.

10… feeling calm and relaxed

9… my muscles are soft and gentle

8… my mind is quiet and peaceful

7… my heart rate is slow and steady

6… my breathing is deep and relaxed

5… my body is heavy and relaxed

4… I am letting go of all tension and stress

3… I am calm, relaxed, and peaceful

2… my body is relaxed and calm

1… I am completely relaxed, calm, and at peace”

Removing Stress and Anxiety

“Now, bring your attention to your body. Notice any areas that may be feeling tense or stressed. This could be your shoulders, your neck, your back, or any other area.

Imagine a warm, soothing light filling these areas, and gently melting away any tension or stress. As this light travels through your body, it dissolves any feelings of anxiety or worry.

Allow yourself to exhale slowly, and as you do, imagine any remaining tension or stress leaving your body. Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I release all stress and anxiety from my body.’

Imagine your body responding to this phrase, letting go of any remaining tension or stress. Feel yourself becoming lighter, freer, and more relaxed.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine any remaining stress or anxiety being drawn out of your body, like a gentle stream flowing out of your toes and into the ground.

You are calm, you are relaxed, and you are at peace. Your body is free from stress and anxiety, and you feel a sense of tranquility and relaxation.

Visualization

“Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful, safe place. This could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this environment, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells.

Notice the sensation of your feet connecting with the ground, feeling stable and secure. Imagine a warm, soothing energy filling your body, nourishing and rejuvenating you.

As you stand in this peaceful place, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am calm, I am relaxed, and I am at peace.‘ Allow yourself to fully embody this phrase, feeling the truth of it in every cell of your body.

Remember, this peaceful place is always available to you, whenever you need it. You can return to it whenever you feel stressed or anxious, and allow yourself to relax and unwind.”

Awakening

“When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and relaxed. Remember, you are in control of your body and your mind, and you have the power to release stress and anxiety whenever you choose.

Take one final, deep breath in, and when you exhale, say to yourself: ‘I am calm, I am relaxed, and I am at peace.‘”

Final Suggestion

“Before we close, take a moment to notice how you’re feeling. Notice any changes in your body or your mind. Allow yourself to feel a sense of pride and accomplishment, knowing that you’ve taken a powerful step towards releasing stress and anxiety from your physical body.

Remember, the more you practice this technique, the more effective it will become. Make a commitment to yourself to practice regularly, and watch as your body and mind respond to the calming, soothing effects of hypnotherapy.”

Remove Driving with Fear with Hypnotherapy 2 of 3

I need you to imagine that with each passing moment, you’re becoming more and more confident, more and more relaxed, more and more in control while driving. You’re feeling a sense of freedom, a sense of empowerment, a sense of calm.

You have the power to control your thoughts, your emotions, and your reactions.

Here is a sample hypnotherapy script to help remove driving with fear:

*Induction*

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax. Feel the weight of your seat, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sound of my voice guiding you. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, safe place, where you feel completely relaxed and at ease.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to imagine that with each exhale, you’re releasing any tension, any stress, any anxiety. Allow your eyelids to grow heavy, your jaw to relax, and your shoulders to drop. You’re becoming more and more relaxed with each passing moment.

Now, imagine yourself drifting down into a peaceful, relaxing state. You’re becoming more and more relaxed, more and more relaxed. Your conscious mind is quieting down, and your subconscious mind is opening up, ready to receive positive suggestions.”

*Deepening*

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax even further. Imagine yourself sinking deeper into this peaceful state, where you’re completely relaxed and calm. You’re letting go of any thoughts, any worries, any fears. You’re simply focusing on the sound of my voice and the sensation of relaxation in your body.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat after me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am in control.’ Say it with me: ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am in control.'”

* Regression and Reframing*

“Now, I want you to imagine yourself driving. You’re behind the wheel, feeling confident and in control. You’re gliding smoothly through the roads, feeling safe and secure. Notice how your body feels relaxed, how your mind is clear and focused.

As you continue to drive, I want you to remember a specific time when you felt fearful or anxious while driving. It could be a recent experience or a memory from the past. Allow yourself to relive that moment, but with a twist.

This time, as you’re driving, I want you to imagine that you’re surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This light is filling your entire body, making you feel safe, calm, and confident. You’re breathing deeply, and with each exhale, you’re releasing any fear, any anxiety, any self-doubt.

As you continue to drive, I want you to repeat after me: ‘I am in control, I am safe, I am confident.’ Say it with me: ‘I am in control, I am safe, I am confident.’ Feel the words sinking deep into your subconscious mind, replacing any negative thoughts or feelings.

Now, I want you to imagine that with each passing moment, you’re becoming more and more confident, more and more relaxed, more and more in control while driving. You’re feeling a sense of freedom, a sense of empowerment, a sense of calm.

You’re realizing that driving is a normal, natural part of life, and that you have the power to control your thoughts, your emotions, and your reactions. You’re becoming more and more confident in your ability to drive safely and calmly.”

*Reinforcement and Anchoring*

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to seal in these positive feelings and thoughts. Imagine that with each passing day, you’re becoming more and more confident, more and more relaxed, more and more in control while driving.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to anchor these feelings in your subconscious mind. Imagine that you’re placing a small, gentle hand on your heart, and as you do, you’re saying to yourself: ‘I am confident, I am safe, I am in control.’

Whenever you find yourself in a driving situation, I want you to take a deep breath, place your hand on your heart, and repeat those words to yourself: ‘I am confident, I am safe, I am in control.’ Feel the calm, confident energy spreading through your body, reminding you that you’re in control, you’re safe, and you’re confident.

You’re doing great, and I’m proud of you. You’re taking back control of your thoughts, your emotions, and your reactions. You’re becoming the confident, calm, and relaxed driver you deserve to be.”

* Awakening*

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to slowly return to a state of full awareness. Notice how you’re feeling more relaxed, more calm, and more confident. You can open your eyes when you’re ready, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on any driving situation with confidence and ease.

Remember, you have the power to control your thoughts, your emotions, and your reactions. You’re in control, you’re safe, and you’re confident. Drive safely, and drive with confidence.”
