Here is an insecurity hypnotherapy script:

Induction

(Soothing music starts playing)

“Welcome to this journey of self-discovery and empowerment. My voice will guide you through a peaceful and transformative experience. Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress you may be holding onto. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your body relax and your mind calm.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Feel the gentle breeze on your skin, and the warmth of the sun on your face. With each breath, allow yourself to relax further, letting go of any thoughts or worries that may be present.

Now, imagine yourself becoming lighter, as if a weight is lifting off your shoulders. This sensation represents the release of insecurities and self-doubt. Allow yourself to feel free, knowing that you are exactly where you need to be.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am enough, I am worthy, I am deserving.'”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This light represents self-love and acceptance. As you breathe in, imagine this light filling your entire body, nourishing your mind, body, and spirit.

Now, imagine a gentle, reassuring voice whispering words of encouragement and support in your ear. This voice represents your inner wisdom, guiding you towards self-acceptance and self-love. Allow yourself to listen to its words, and absorb its wisdom.

You are enough, you are worthy, and you are deserving of love and respect. Repeat this phrase to yourself, and allow its truth to sink deep into your mind and heart: ‘I am enough, I am worthy, I am deserving.'”

Insecurity Visualization

“Imagine yourself in a scenario where you feel insecure or uncertain. You may be experiencing self-doubt, fear of failure, or fear of rejection. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this scenario, using all of your senses to bring it to life.

Now, imagine a wise, compassionate guide standing beside you. This guide represents your higher self, guiding you towards self-awareness and self-acceptance. Allow yourself to listen to its words, and absorb its wisdom.

You are not defined by your insecurities or fears. You are more than enough, and you are capable of overcoming any obstacle that comes your way. Repeat this phrase to yourself, and allow its truth to anchor deep within your mind and heart: ‘I am more than enough, I am capable, I am strong.'”

Reframe

“Now, I want you to imagine a reframed perspective on your insecurities. Instead of seeing them as weaknesses, see them as opportunities for growth and self-improvement. Instead of being afraid of failure, see it as a chance to learn and become stronger.

Reinforcement

Overcome Insecurity Hypnotherapy

Imagine yourself taking action to build confidence. You’re setting goals, practicing self-care, and surrounding yourself with positive influences.

When you face uncertainty in a relationship, unsure of how their partner really feels about them, checking their whereabouts whilst they are away or seeking constant reassurance, they could be suffering from feelings of insecurity. Deepening

“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it relaxes each muscle, quieting your mind and calming your emotions.

With each breath, this light grows stronger, filling you with a sense of peace and tranquility. You feel your eyelids growing heavy, your shoulders releasing, and your heart rate slowing. You’re becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more serene with each passing moment.

Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts or worries, and simply focus on the sensation of this peaceful light filling your body.”

Visualization

“Imagine yourself in a situation where you feel insecure or uncertain. It could be a social event, a meeting at work, or a personal relationship.

As you visualize this scenario, notice how you feel. Do you feel anxious, self-doubting, or fearful? Allow yourself to fully immerse in this feeling, and then take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine any insecurity or doubt leaving your body.

Now, imagine yourself feeling confident and self-assured. You’re standing tall, speaking clearly, and exuding confidence. You’re believing in yourself, your abilities, and your worth.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am confident, I am capable, I am worthy of success.'”

Empowerment

“Imagine a sense of confidence and empowerment growing within you. You’re aware of your strengths, your accomplishments, and your positive qualities. You know that you can overcome insecurity and build unshakeable confidence.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am strong, I am capable, I am worthy of success.’ Allow these words to fill you with confidence and empowerment.

Now, imagine yourself taking action to build confidence. You’re setting goals, practicing self-care, and surrounding yourself with positive influences.

Integration

Counting and Awakening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count from 1 to 5, and when I reach 5, you’ll slowly, gently open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and filled with a sense of confidence and empowerment.

1… Your body feels relaxed, your mind is calm, and your heart is at peace.

2… You’re aware of your breath, slow and steady, filling you with tranquility.

3… Your thoughts are clear, your emotions are balanced, and your spirit is confident.

4… You feel connected to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.

5… When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, carrying this sense of confidence and empowerment with you into your daily life.”

Remember, the goal of this script is to guide the client into a state of deep relaxation, where they can access their subconscious mind and develop the confidence and empowerment to overcome insecurity and build unshakeable confidence.
