Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey to release the burden of judgment and live a life of acceptance and understanding. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, letting go of any tension or stress.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm.

As you descend, notice your thoughts slowing down, becoming quieter, and less critical. Allow yourself to let go of any preconceptions, boundaries, limitations, any doubts, and any fears. You are safe, and you are relaxed.

Deepening

“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light filling your entire body, starting from the crown of your head, flowing down to your toes. As this light travels, it dissolves any remaining tension, any anxiety, and any self-doubt.

Visualize this light illuminating your mind, quieting the critical voices, and soothing your emotions. You are becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered.

Removing Judgment

“Imagine a mirror in front of you, reflecting your true self. Notice how this mirror shows you a being of pure love, kindness, and compassion. See how this reflection radiates warmth and understanding.

Now, notice the judgments that have been clouding your mind, judging yourself and others. Imagine these judgments as dark clouds surrounding the mirror.

As you exhale, imagine a gentle breeze blowing away these clouds, one by one. With each cloud that disappears, your mirror reflection becomes brighter, clearer, and more radiant.

Repeat after me: ‘I release all judgments. I let go of criticism. I choose understanding and compassion.

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine your mirror reflection becoming more vibrant, more loving, and more accepting. Notice how this reflection starts to overflow, filling your entire being with kindness and empathy.

Reprogramming

“Now, imagine a new perspective taking root within you. See yourself as a being of non-judgment, accepting all people, experiences, and situations as they are.

Repeat after me: ‘I am a being of love and understanding. I accept myself and others, just as we are.

“As you continue to breathe deeply, feel this new perspective becoming a part of your being, guiding your thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Integration

“Take a moment to integrate this new perspective into your daily life. Imagine yourself facing situations that previously triggered judgment. Notice how you now respond with empathy, compassion, and understanding.

See yourself spreading kindness, love, and acceptance to all those around you. Feel the warmth and connection that comes from living a judgment-free life.

Awakening

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. You are now fully awake, feeling refreshed, renewed, and reborn.

Remember, you have the power to choose how you respond to life’s situations. Choose understanding, choose kindness, and choose love. You are free from judgment, and you are free to live a life of compassion and acceptance.”

“Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed and calm’ to yourself. Allow these words to sink deep into your subconscious mind, reprogramming your thoughts and emotions to respond with confidence and self-acceptance.

Imagine yourself surrounded by a protective aura of self-love and self-acceptance. This aura shields you from any negative self-talk, criticism, or judgment from others. You are safe, you are confident, and you are worthy of love and respect.

Remember, you are not alone. You are capable, you are strong, and you are deserving of happiness and success.”

Suggestions

“Now, bring to mind a situation where you felt judged or criticized by others. It could be a past experience, a current situation, or a future event. Allow yourself to relive the emotions associated with that experience, but this time, observe them from a detached perspective.

Notice how your body responds to these emotions. Do you feel a knot in your stomach, a tightness in your chest, or a lump in your throat? Allow these physical sensations to dissolve, replaced by a sense of calmness and confidence.

Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing them to become your new reality:

* ‘I am not defined by others’ opinions.’

* ‘I am worthy of love and respect, regardless of what others think.’

* ‘I trust myself and my abilities.’

* ‘I am confident in my choices and decisions.’

* ‘I release the need for external validation and approval.’

As you repeat these phrases, imagine them taking root in your subconscious mind, reprogramming your thoughts and emotions to respond with confidence and self-acceptance.

You are now free from the fear of being judged. You are free to be yourself, without apology or hesitation. You are free to live your life, pursue your dreams, and achieve your goals, without the weight of others’ opinions holding you back.”

Counting and Awakening

“Now, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly count from 5 to 1, feeling yourself becoming more awake and alert with each number.

5… Your body feels relaxed and refreshed.

4… Your mind is clear and focused.

3… You are filled with confidence and self-acceptance.

2… You are ready to take on the world, free from the fear of being judged.

1… You are awake, refreshed, and ready to start your day with a new, empowered mindset.”
