Happiness is the Biggest challenge: “Not knowing what I want, and the confusion, fear and unhappiness that causes.”

Happiness – has become so hard to achieve, and even harder to maintain. In my work with over 2,000 professionals around the world over the past 16 years, I’ve seen that happiness continually escapes them because, first, they don’t understand specifically what will make them happy.

They have a vague idea, but not a specific, concrete understanding of what “happiness” to them really looks and feels like, and the bar to happiness keeps moving for them. Sadly, they often don’t seem to know themselves well at all.

Both men and women tend to search outside themselves for happiness – in a job, a partner, a family, a title, a paycheck, a fancy, impressive house. As a result, happiness is constantly out of their control and becomes a perpetual moving target that never stands still long enough for them to grasp. I’m not saying that these things don’t bring happiness – of course, they can.

But the kind of happiness we get from attaining outer things – and the sensation and experience of that type of “happiness” – is very different from (and not as satisfying and long-lasting as) cultivating happiness from the inside, about how our lives are being lived, on a daily basis, despite what’s happening around us.

The key point is that if everything you’re searching for remains outside of you, you’ll always be scrambling and chasing.

With each exhale, allow any doubts or fears to dissolve, like mist evaporating in the morning sun. Imagine yourself standing at the threshold of a magnificent, shimmering portal. As you step through this gateway, you enter a realm where time and space are fluid, and the laws of physics are but a distant memory. “Notice the sensation of your feet touching the quantum ground, feeling the vibrations of infinite possibility resonating through your entire being. Alignment with Happiness:

Imagine a magnificent, crystalline structure before you, pulsing with an intense, golden light. This is the Crystal of Happiness, imbued with the essence of joy, laughter, and contentment. As you approach the crystal, allow its energy to envelop you, filling your entire being with an overwhelming sense of happiness and well-being.

“Notice how your cells, your molecules, and your very DNA are resonating with the frequency of happiness, as if your entire body is being rewired to align with the quantum blueprint of joy. 3… Your thoughts are clear, your emotions are balanced, and your spirit is confident.

Remember, the goal of this script is to guide the client into a state of deep relaxation, where they can access their subconscious mind and develop the confidence and empowerment to cultivate a healthy, fulfilling relationship with their partner.
