Induction

(Soothing music plays in the background)

Hello, and welcome to this hypnotherapy session. My voice will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, where you can let go of all tension and stress. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyelids to grow heavy, feeling your eyes closing gently. With each breath, feel your body relaxing, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful meadow, surrounded by towering flowers and the warm sun shining down on you. With each breath, feel yourself relaxing more and more, letting go of all worries and concerns.

Deepening

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale, feeling any tension or stress leaving your body. With each breath, feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation, becoming heavier and heavier, like a feather gently falling onto a soft, fluffy cloud.

Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a magnificent, ancient tree. See yourself placing your hand on the trunk of the tree, feeling a surge of energy and power flowing through your body. This tree represents your inner strength, your resilience, and your capacity to reclaim your power.

Reclaiming Power

As you continue to breathe deeply, bring to mind the areas of your life where you feel disempowered or lacking control. Imagine yourself taking ownership of these areas, reclaiming your power, and standing tall in your inner strength.

Repeat after me: “I am worthy of taking control of my life.” “I trust myself to make empowered decisions.” “I choose to reclaim my power today.”

Imagine a bright, golden light filling your body, representing your inner power and authority. See yourself standing tall, strong, and confident, with this light radiating outward from your core.

Visualization

Imagine yourself in a situation where you previously felt disempowered or powerless. See yourself now, standing tall, assertive, and in control. Imagine yourself making empowered choices, speaking your truth, and taking action with confidence.

Now, see yourself extending this empowerment to other areas of your life, whether it’s your relationships, your career, or your personal growth. Imagine the ripple effect of your reclaimed power, spreading outward and touching every aspect of your life.

Encouragement

As you continue to breathe deeply, I want you to repeat after me: “I am capable of reclaiming my power.” “I trust myself to take control of my life.” “I choose to stand tall in my inner strength today.”

Remember, reclaiming your power is not about dominating or controlling others, but about owning your own life, your own choices, and your own destiny.

Counting and Awakening

As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count from one to five, and when I reach five, you’ll slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more empowered to reclaim your power today.

One… two… three… four… five…

(Soothing music continues to play for a few more seconds before fading out)

Remember, your power is within you, waiting to be reclaimed. By taking ownership of your life and your choices, you’ll unlock your full potential and live a more fulfilling, empowered life.

Change the Story you tell yourself with Hypnotherapy

Imagine yourself holding a pair of scissors in your hand. These scissors represent the power to cut through and release those old stories, allowing you to create a new narrative.

Here is a hypnotherapy script on “Changing the Story You Tell Yourself”:

Imagine yourself walking through a peaceful forest on a crisp autumn day. The leaves crunch beneath your feet, and the warm sun shines down on you, casting dappled shadows on the forest floor.

Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a tranquil lake. The water is calm and still, reflecting the beauty of the surrounding landscape. As you gaze into the lake, see your reflection staring back at you. Allow yourself to gaze deeper into your own eyes, feeling a sense of connection and compassion for yourself.

Exploration

As you continue to breathe deeply, bring to mind the stories you’ve been telling yourself about your life, your worth, and your abilities. You know, those old patterns of thinking that may be holding you back from achieving your goals and living the life you desire.

Imagine each of these stories as a thread in a tapestry. See the threads that are tangled, knotted, or broken. Recognize how these stories have been affecting your thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Now, imagine yourself holding a pair of scissors in your hand. These scissors represent the power to cut through and release those old stories, allowing you to create a new narrative.

Rewriting the Story

As you cut through the old threads, imagine a brilliant light filling the space. This light represents your true potential, your inner wisdom, and your creative power. Allow this light to guide you as you begin to weave a new tapestry, one that reflects the truth of who you are and what you’re capable of achieving.

What would you like to tell yourself instead?

What empowering stories would you like to adopt?

Imagine yourself writing these new stories on the pages of a journal, or speaking them out loud with conviction.

Repeat after me:

“I am worthy of love, respect, and success.” “I trust myself to make wise decisions.” “I am strong and resilient in the face of challenges.”

Allow these words to become the new narrative of your life.

Visualization

Imagine yourself standing in front of a large, blank canvas. See yourself holding a brush, dipping it in a vibrant colour of your choice. As you begin to paint, see the strokes of your brush creating a beautiful, new tapestry. This tapestry represents the story you’re now telling yourself, one of empowerment, confidence, and self-love.

As you continue to paint, imagine the colors blending, merging, and becoming a masterpiece of self-acceptance and self-love. See yourself stepping into this masterpiece, feeling the energy of your new story course through your veins.

Counting and Awakening

As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count from one to five, and when I reach five, you’ll slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more empowered to tell a new story.

One… two… three… four… five…

(Soothing music continues to play for a few more seconds before fading out)

Remember, the stories you tell yourself have the power to shape your reality. By changing the story, you can change your life.
