Notice any sorrow or longing that may be present for you. Allow yourself to acknowledge it, and give it permission to be. Imagine it as a color, a sensation, or a texture. Notice its shape, size, and intensity.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this sorrow or longing as a messenger, carrying a gift or a lesson. Allow yourself to listen to its message, and receive its wisdom.

Notice how this sorrow or longing makes you feel. Does it feel heavy, or light? Does it feel stuck, or free-flowing? Allow yourself to fully experience it, without judgment or resistance.

Remember, sorrow and longing are a natural part of the human experience. They are messengers, guiding us towards growth, healing, and transformation. Allow yourself to embrace them, and trust that they will lead you to a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.”

Counting and Awakening:

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly start to count from 5 to 1. As you count, allow yourself to slowly come back to a state of full awareness, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more compassionate towards yourself.
