Now, imagine yourself walking down the staircase, and with each step, you feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more at peace. You are now standing in a peaceful, safe space, where you feel completely comfortable and at ease.

*Suggestions*

You are now in a state of deep relaxation, and your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions. Repeat after me: “I am in control of my desires and behaviours. I choose to release the need for compulsive sexual behaviour and replace it with a deeper connection to love and intimacy.”

Imagine a warm, loving light filling your body, starting from your heart and spreading throughout your entire being. As this light grows, it fills any empty spaces within you, nourishing your soul and satisfying your deepest needs.

You are now free to experience love and intimacy in a healthy, positive way.

You no longer need to use sex as a way to escape or cope with emotions. You are strong, capable, and deserving of real love and connection.
