Here is a sample hypnotherapy script on activating the power of intention:

*Induction*

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the chair, your muscles releasing all tension. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, calm environment where you feel completely safe and relaxed.

“With each breath, allow yourself to let go of any thoughts, worries, or concerns. You are here to tap into the power of intention, to focus your mind and manifest your desires. Allow yourself to trust in the power of your subconscious mind and the guidance of my words.”

*Deepening*

“As you slowly begin to count up from one to five, allow yourself to return to a state of full awareness, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day with confidence and positivity.

“One… feeling more awake and alert.
Two… noticing my surroundings and feeling more present.
Three… taking a deep breath and feeling more energized.
Four… stretching my body and feeling more empowered.

You are now at the bottom of the staircase, in a peaceful, serene environment. Allow yourself to relax further, feeling safe and comfortable.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This light represents your subconscious mind, guiding you towards positive change and growth. With each breath, this light grows stronger, filling you with confidence and self-assurance.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am strong and capable of handling my responsibilities.'”

Reframing

“Now, bring to mind the situations or tasks that make you feel anxious or inclined to run away from responsibility. Allow yourself to witness these situations, but from a detached perspective, as if you’re watching a movie.

Notice how running away from responsibility has affected your life, relationships, and self-esteem. Allow yourself to acknowledge the feelings of guilt, shame, or anxiety that come with avoiding responsibility.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am capable of facing my responsibilities head-on. I am strong and resilient.’

Visualization

“Imagine yourself responding to challenging situations with confidence and assertiveness. See yourself taking charge of your responsibilities, making decisions, and taking action. Visualize the sense of pride and accomplishment that comes with taking ownership of your life.

Remember, you are capable of overcoming any obstacle. You are strong, resilient, and confident. Repeat the phrase again: ‘I am capable of facing my responsibilities head-on. I am strong and resilient.’

Anchoring

“As you continue to breathe deeply, anchor this feeling of confidence and responsibility into your subconscious mind. Imagine a bright, pulsing light at the center of your chest, representing your commitment to taking ownership of your life.

Whenever you feel the urge to run away from responsibility, repeat the phrase to yourself, and visualize this bright light growing stronger, guiding you towards positive action and decision-making.

Counting and Awakening

“Now, I’ll count from 1 to 5, and when I reach 5, you’ll slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, confident, and ready to take responsibility for your life.
