Clearing and Releasing Emotional Pain that shows in the Lingering Effects as (Nausea) and still trapped in your physical body with Hypnotherapy

Nausea is a sensation of unease in the stomach, often described as feeling sick or having an urge to vomit. It can be a symptom of various conditions, including gastrointestinal issues, infections, motion sickness, and even side effects of certain medications.

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help clear and release emotional pain that may be manifesting as nausea:

Induction

“Welcome to this safe and relaxing space. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel your eyelids growing heavier, your jaw releasing, and your shoulders dropping. With each breath, allow yourself to let go of any tension, any stress, any worries. You are safe, you are relaxed, and you are ready to explore and release any emotional pain that may be holding you back.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself floating on a peaceful lake, surrounded by calm waters and a clear blue sky. Feel the gentle ripples of the water beneath you, and notice the sensation of the sun’s warmth on your skin. With each breath, allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation, deeper into your subconscious mind. You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and healing.

Identifying and Releasing Emotional Pain

“Now, bring your attention to your body, specifically to the sensations of nausea. Notice where this nausea is located, is it in your stomach, your chest, or somewhere else? Allow yourself to connect with this physical sensation, and ask yourself, ‘What is the emotional root of this nausea?’ Allow the answer to arise, and observe it without judgment.

“Is it anxiety, fear, sadness, or a sense of overwhelm? Allow yourself to acknowledge this emotion, and permit it to arise to the surface of your awareness. Notice how it makes you feel, where it sits in your body, and what it’s trying to tell you.

“Now, imagine this emotional pain as a swirling, churning storm in your stomach. Visualize it causing turbulence, discomfort, and nausea. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine this storm beginning to calm, settle, and clear.

Releasing and Letting Go

“Repeat after me: ‘I release all emotional pain and discomfort from my body. I let go of all anxiety, fear, sadness, and overwhelm. I am free from the burdens of my past, and I welcome a new sense of peace, calmness, and well-being in my body and mind.’

“As you say these words, imagine the remaining emotional pain and discomfort melting away, like ice dissolving in the warm sun. Visualize your body healing, repairing, and restoring itself to its natural state of balance and well-being.

Integration and Empowerment

“Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror. Look into your eyes, and see the spark of confidence, self-trust, and self-love. Know that you have released and let go of emotional pain, and you are now free to live your life with clarity, purpose, and direction.

“Repeat after me: ‘I am calm, I am peaceful, and I am worthy of living a life free from emotional pain and nausea. I trust my body’s ability to heal and restore itself to perfect health.’

“As you say these words, feel a sense of peace and tranquility flowing through your body. Know that you have the power to create positive change in your life, and you are now ready to move forward with joy, freedom, and empowerment.”

Awakening

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Notice how you feel, notice the sense of relaxation, calmness, and peace that has settled in your body. Remember that you have the power to release emotional pain and discomfort, and you are now free to live your life with joy, freedom, and empowerment.”

Final Suggestion

“Before you go, take a few moments to journal your experience. Write down any insights, emotions, or sensations that arose during this hypnotherapy session. Reflect on how you feel now, and remember that you can return to this peaceful state whenever you need to release emotional pain and discomfort.”

Remember to always use a gentle and empathetic tone when guiding your client through this script, and to adjust the language and imagery to suit their individual needs and preferences.

Emotional pain is also sometimes referred to as psychic pain, spiritual pain, psychalgia, emotional suffering, psychological pain, algopsychalia, soul pain, or mental pain. While it is often dismissed as less serious than physical pain, it is important that emotional pain is taken seriously. A number of common feelings associated with emotional pain can impact physical and mental health.
