Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll have the opportunity to let go of self-doubt and negativity, and step into a more confident and positive you. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel your muscles relax, your heart rate slow down, and your mind quiet down.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful, safe space, where you can let go of all your worries and concerns. You’re completely relaxed, calm, and at ease. With each breath, allow yourself to go deeper and deeper into relaxation.”

Deepening

“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light filling your entire body. This light represents relaxation, calmness, and tranquility. As it spreads through your body, it dissolves any tension, anxiety, or stress. You feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm.

Take a few more deep breaths, and as you inhale, repeat the phrase to yourself, ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am at peace.’ As you exhale, repeat, ‘I let go of all negativity, I release all self-doubt.'”

Releasing Self-Doubt and Negativity

“Now, bring to mind any areas of your life where you’ve been experiencing self-doubt or negativity. It could be related to your career, relationships, or personal growth. Allow yourself to fully feel those emotions, and acknowledge them.

As you focus on these feelings, imagine a dark, cloudy mist surrounding you. This mist represents your self-doubt and negativity. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine this mist starting to clear, slowly but surely.

With each breath, the mist clears more and more, until it’s completely gone. As it disappears, you feel a sense of liberation, freedom, and empowerment. You realize that you are capable, worthy, and deserving of success, happiness, and fulfillment.

Repeat the phrase to yourself, ‘I am capable, I am worthy, I am deserving.’ Allow these words to sink deep into your subconscious mind, replacing any self-doubt and negativity with confidence, positivity, and self-assurance.”

Visualization

“Now, imagine yourself in a scenario where you’ve been experiencing self-doubt or negativity. It could be a situation at work, a conversation with a friend, or a personal challenge. But this time, see yourself handling it with confidence, ease, and positivity.

Imagine yourself standing tall, with your head held high, and a smile on your face. You feel empowered, strong, and confident in your abilities. You trust yourself, your instincts, and your decision-making.

As you visualize this scenario, repeat the phrase to yourself, ‘I am confident, I am capable, I am successful.’ Allow these words to become your new reality, replacing any self-doubt and negativity with confidence and positivity.”

Closing

Now, imagine yourself standing tall, feeling confident, strong, and empowered. You’re surrounded by a warm, comforting light that’s repelling any negativity, anxiety, or fear. You’re repeating the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am strong, I am capable, and I am worthy of a positive, fulfilling life.’

Repeat this phrase to yourself several times, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious mind. Imagine the words becoming a part of your being, guiding your thoughts, emotions, and actions.”

Empowerment

“Imagine a sense of confidence and empowerment growing within you. You’re aware of your strengths, your accomplishments, and your positive qualities. You know that you have the power to overcome negativity, build confidence, and cultivate a more positive outlook on life.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am strong, I am capable, and I am worthy of a positive, fulfilling life.’ Allow these words to fill you with confidence and empowerment.

“As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count from 1 to 5, and when I reach 5, you’ll slowly, gently open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and filled with a more positive, empowered mindset.

1… Your body feels relaxed, your mind is calm, and your heart is at peace.

2… You’re aware of your breath, slow and steady, filling you with tranquility.

3… Your thoughts are clear, your emotions are balanced, and your spirit is confident.

4… You feel connected to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.

5… When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, carrying this sense of confidence and empowerment with you into your daily life.”
