No MORE Anger caused by unresolved emotions with Hypnotherapy

Anger is not caused by what was said, it’s caused by unresolved emotions.

Here’s a hypnotherapy script aimed at reducing anger caused by unresolved emotions:

Induction

(Soft, calming music plays in the background)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll work through anger and unresolved emotions. Allow yourself to settle in, getting comfortable and relaxed. Take a deep breath in… and out… Feel your body let go, starting from your toes, up to the top of your head. As you exhale, imagine any tension, stress, or anxiety leaving your body.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by calming sights and sounds. With each breath, feel your feet connecting with the ground, becoming more grounded and centered. As you inhale, visualize fresh, calming air filling your lungs. As you exhale, imagine any negative emotions or thoughts floating away. Allow yourself to let go, surrendering to the present moment.”

Identifying the Emotion

“Now, imagine a situation where you felt angry or frustrated. Perhaps it was due to a specific event, person, or circumstance. Allow the emotion to surface, but don’t engage with it yet. Simply observe it, acknowledging the feelings that arise. How did you feel in that moment? What emotions did you experience?”

Understanding the Root

“Take a step back and examine the root of anger. Recognize that it’s often fueled by unresolved emotions, unmet needs, or unexpressed feelings. Understand that these emotions can be intense, leading to anger and frustration. Acknowledge that you have the power to choose how you respond to these emotions and that you can work towards healing and release.”

Releasing Anger

“Imagine a large, fiery flame in front of you, representing anger. See the flame begin to dwindle, symbolizing your release from these emotions. As the flame disappears, feel the lightness and freedom that comes with letting go. Repeat to yourself:

* ‘I release the feeling of anger.’

* ‘I choose to forgive and let go.’

* ‘I trust that I can heal and move forward.'”

Fostering Emotional Release

“Visualize a warm, nurturing light filling your body, representing emotional release and healing. As this light grows, it guides you to process and release unresolved emotions. Imagine yourself expressing your feelings, releasing tension, and finding closure. Allow this sense of emotional release to become your guiding force.”

Empowering Self-Care

“From this place of emotional release, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:

* ‘I trust that I can take care of myself.’

* ‘I choose to prioritize my emotional well-being.’

* ‘I am worthy of experiencing peace and happiness.'”

Integration and Awakening

“Take a few deep breaths, feeling the insights and new perspectives integrating into your subconscious mind. As you slowly come back to full awareness, remember that you’ve been empowered to overcome anger and unresolved emotions. Carry this sense of emotional release and self-care with you, applying it to your daily life. When you feel the urge to experience anger or frustration, recall this feeling of empowerment and remind yourself that you have the power to choose how you respond.”

Counting Up

“When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more confident in your ability to manage anger and unresolved emotions. As you return to your day, remember that you’ve taken a significant step towards personal growth, healing, and positive change.”
