Here is a sample script for a hypnotherapy session focused on repairing and renewing the body:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of deep relaxation and inner healing. Allow yourself to settle in, getting comfortable and cozy, as you prepare to let go of any tension or stress.

As this light spreads throughout your body, it’s nourishing and rejuvenating every cell, every muscle, and every organ. Imagine this light dissolving any areas of discomfort, pain, or inflammation, replacing them with vitality and well-being.

Repair and Renewal
