Here is a 3-week OCD relaxation healing program with hypnotherapy:

Week 1: Introduction to Hypnotherapy and Relaxation

* Introduction to the program and the role of hypnotherapy in managing OCD symptoms

* Understanding the importance of relaxation in reducing OCD symptoms

* Hypnotherapy session: “Introduction to Hypnotherapy” and “Relaxation Techniques”

* Techniques for deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and visualization

* Homework: Practice relaxation techniques daily, keep an OCD symptom journal, and track progress

Week 2: Building Self-Awareness and Challenging Negative Thoughts

* Building self-awareness of OCD thoughts and behaviors

“Imagine yourself managing anxiety and stress related to OCD symptoms, with a strong sense of self-awareness and self-compassion. See yourself practicing anxiety management techniques, maintaining a consistent self-care routine, and repeating to yourself, ‘I am capable and confident, and I trust myself to maintain my progress and prevent relapse.'”

Additional Techniques:

In addition to hypnotherapy, the following techniques will be used to support the program:
