“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Feel the weight of your body sinking into the chair, your muscles releasing all tension. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, calm environment where you feel completely safe and relaxed.
“With each breath, allow yourself to let go of any thoughts, worries, or concerns. You are here to release attachment to outcomes and trust in the natural flow of life. Allow yourself to trust in the power of your subconscious mind and the guidance of my words.”
*Deepening*
“Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, serene landscape. With each step, feel your roots growing deeper into the earth, anchoring you in stability and confidence. As you breathe in, imagine fresh, empowering energy flowing into your body, filling you with vitality and strength.
“Notice the sensation of your feet connecting with the ground, feeling grounded and secure. As you exhale, imagine any doubts, fears, or limitations leaving your body, making space for detachment and freedom.
“Take a moment to visualize yourself as a free, unattached being, able to flow with the currents of life without resistance or attachment. Allow yourself to feel this sense of liberation growing with each breath.”

“Now, I want you to imagine that you are holding a small, delicate leaf in your hand. This leaf represents your attachment to outcomes, your need for control, and your fear of uncertainty.
“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself gently releasing the leaf, allowing it to float away on the breeze. Watch as it disappears into the distance, carrying with it all your worries and concerns.
“Repeat the following phrases to yourself, allowing them to sink deep into your subconscious mind: ‘I let go of attachment to outcomes. I trust in the natural flow of life. I am free to flow with the currents of life.’
“Imagine yourself feeling lighter, freer, and more peaceful, knowing that you are no longer attached to specific outcomes. See yourself moving forward with confidence and trust, knowing that everything is working out for your highest good.
“Remember, attachment to outcomes only leads to suffering and frustration. With detachment, you open yourself up to infinite possibilities and outcomes. With each breath, repeat the phrase ‘I am detached, I am free, I am at peace.'”
*Counting Up and Awakening*
“Now, as we come to the end of this hypnotherapy session, take a moment to notice how you feel. Notice the sense of detachment, the sense of freedom, and the sense of peace that comes with letting go of attachment to outcomes.
“As you slowly begin to count up from one to five, allow yourself to return to a state of full awareness, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day with confidence and positivity.
“One… feeling more awake and alert.
Two… noticing my surroundings and feeling more present.
Three… taking a deep breath and feeling more energized.
Four… stretching my body and feeling more liberated.
Five… fully awake, fully aware, and fully detached from attachment to outcomes.”
