Induction:

“Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel the air fill your lungs and then release it slowly. As you exhale, imagine any tension or stress leaving your body. Feel your muscles relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts or distractions, and simply focus on my voice.”

Deepening:

“Imagine yourself standing in a powerful, confident environment, surrounded by success and achievement. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more open to the possibilities of confidence and self-assurance. Allow your mind to quiet, and your heart to open, as you prepare to access a state of confidence.”

Script:

“Now, imagine a bright, empowering light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. This light represents the energy of confidence and self-assurance, and it is filling you with positivity, motivation, and a sense of inner strength. As the light grows brighter, feel your doubt and uncertainty melting away, replaced by a sense of confidence and self-trust.

Repeat the following affirmations to yourself, allowing the words to become a part of your subconscious mind:

* ‘I am confident and self-assured.’

* ‘I trust myself and my abilities.’

* ‘I choose to let go of doubt and uncertainty.’
