*Suggestions*

You are now in a state of deep relaxation, and your subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions. Repeat after me: “I am in control of my desires and behaviours. I choose to release the need for compulsive sexual behaviour and replace it with a deeper connection to love and intimacy.”

Imagine a warm, loving light filling your body, starting from your heart and spreading throughout your entire being. As this light grows, it fills any empty spaces within you, nourishing your soul and satisfying your deepest needs.

You are now free to experience love and intimacy in a healthy, positive way.

You no longer need to use sex as a way to escape or cope with emotions. You are strong, capable, and deserving of real love and connection.

“Bring to mind a situation or memory where you experienced rejection, criticism, or judgment. Imagine yourself in that situation, but this time, observe it from a detached perspective. See yourself as a whole, deserving of love, kindness, and compassion.
