Deepening

“Now, imagine a warm, soothing light filling your entire body. This light represents relaxation, calmness, and tranquility. As it spreads through your body, it dissolves any tension, anxiety, or stress. You feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm.

Take a few more deep breaths, and as you inhale, repeat the phrase to yourself, ‘I am relaxed, I am calm, I am at peace.’ As you exhale, repeat, ‘I let go of all negativity, I release all self-doubt.'”
