With the power of your mind you are now programmed to prioritize rest and rejuvenation, ensuring you have the energy, motivation, and focus to tackle each day with confidence and enthusiasm.

Prioritize your rest, recharge your batteries, and reboot your system regularly.

Here is a hypnotherapy script to help you rest more and recharge fully to perform at your best each day:

Induction

(Soothing music or nature sounds in the background)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll learn to rest more and recharge fully to perform at your best each day. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to leave your body. Feel yourself relaxing, getting heavier, and sinking deeper into your chair.

Imagine a warm, comforting light filling your body, starting from the crown of your head, flowing down to your toes. As this light travels, it dissolves any anxiety, worry, or doubts, leaving you calm, centered, and relaxed.

Now, take a moment to visualize yourself in a peaceful, serene environment. This is your sanctuary, where you can let go of any fatigue, exhaustion, or burnout. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this tranquil atmosphere, feeling your body and mind relax even further.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself lying down on a soft, cloud-like bed, surrounded by a soothing mist that calms your mind and body. As you inhale, feel this mist filling your lungs, nourishing your cells, and rejuvenating your energy.

With each exhalation, imagine any fatigue, stress, or anxiety leaving your body, melting away like ice in the warm sun. Feel your body becoming heavier, sleepier, and more relaxed with each breath.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine your mind quieting down, letting go of any racing thoughts, worries, or concerns. Your mind is calm, clear, and at peace, like a still lake on a windless day.”

Recharging and Refreshing

“Imagine a beautiful, golden light filling your body, starting from the crown of your head, flowing down to your toes. This light represents vitality, energy, and rejuvenation.

As you inhale, imagine this golden light nourishing your cells, replenishing your energy reserves, and revitalizing your spirit. Feel your body and mind recharging, refreshing, and rejuvenating with each breath.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious:

‘I rest, I recharge, I reboot. I am refreshed, renewed, and ready to perform at my best.'”

Anchoring and Re-enforcement

“Take a moment to anchor this feeling of rest, rejuvenation, and refreshment. Touch your thumb and index finger together, creating a physical connection between your body and mind.

As you do this, repeat the phrase ‘I rest, I recharge, I reboot. I am refreshed, renewed, and ready to perform at my best.’

Whenever you touch your thumb and index finger together in the future, this anchor will be triggered, reminding you to prioritize rest, recharge, and reboot to perform at your best.

Remember, your subconscious mind is now programmed to prioritize rest and rejuvenation, ensuring you have the energy, motivation, and focus to tackle each day with confidence and enthusiasm.”

Counting and Awakening

“Now, slowly count from 5 to 1, and as you do, allow yourself to gradually return to a state of full awareness.

5… feeling more relaxed, more refreshed, and more rejuvenated

4… your body and mind are renewed, revitalized, and ready to take on the day

3… you’re more energized, more motivated, and more focused

2… your spirit is lifted, your confidence is boosted, and your performance is optimized

Final Suggestion

By doing so, you’ll perform at your best, achieve your goals, and live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.”

Remove Stress and Anxiety from your Physical Body with Hypnotherapy

With the power of your mind you are calm, you are relaxed, and you are at peace. Your body is free from stress and anxiety, and you feel a sense of tranquility and relaxation.

Here is a sample hypnotherapy script to help remove stress and anxiety from the physical body:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll learn to release stress and anxiety from your physical body. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine a warm, soothing light filling your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels through your body, it calms your mind and relaxes your muscles.

With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered. Allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and let your eyes gently close.

You are safe, you are relaxed, and you are in control. Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress, and simply focus on your breath.”

Deepening

“Now, imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper and deeper into relaxation. With each step, feel yourself becoming more calm, more relaxed, and more tranquil.

As you descend the staircase, count backwards from 10 to 1, and with each number, feel yourself becoming more relaxed and more calm.

10… feeling calm and relaxed

9… my muscles are soft and gentle

8… my mind is quiet and peaceful

7… my heart rate is slow and steady

6… my breathing is deep and relaxed

5… my body is heavy and relaxed

4… I am letting go of all tension and stress

3… I am calm, relaxed, and peaceful

2… my body is relaxed and calm

1… I am completely relaxed, calm, and at peace”

Removing Stress and Anxiety

“Now, bring your attention to your body. Notice any areas that may be feeling tense or stressed. This could be your shoulders, your neck, your back, or any other area.

Imagine a warm, soothing light filling these areas, and gently melting away any tension or stress. As this light travels through your body, it dissolves any feelings of anxiety or worry.

Allow yourself to exhale slowly, and as you do, imagine any remaining tension or stress leaving your body. Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I release all stress and anxiety from my body.’

Imagine your body responding to this phrase, letting go of any remaining tension or stress. Feel yourself becoming lighter, freer, and more relaxed.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine any remaining stress or anxiety being drawn out of your body, like a gentle stream flowing out of your toes and into the ground.

You are calm, you are relaxed, and you are at peace. Your body is free from stress and anxiety, and you feel a sense of tranquility and relaxation.

Visualization

“Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful, safe place. This could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this environment, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells.

Notice the sensation of your feet connecting with the ground, feeling stable and secure. Imagine a warm, soothing energy filling your body, nourishing and rejuvenating you.

As you stand in this peaceful place, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am calm, I am relaxed, and I am at peace.‘ Allow yourself to fully embody this phrase, feeling the truth of it in every cell of your body.

Remember, this peaceful place is always available to you, whenever you need it. You can return to it whenever you feel stressed or anxious, and allow yourself to relax and unwind.”

Awakening

“When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and relaxed. Remember, you are in control of your body and your mind, and you have the power to release stress and anxiety whenever you choose.

Take one final, deep breath in, and when you exhale, say to yourself: ‘I am calm, I am relaxed, and I am at peace.‘”

Final Suggestion

“Before we close, take a moment to notice how you’re feeling. Notice any changes in your body or your mind. Allow yourself to feel a sense of pride and accomplishment, knowing that you’ve taken a powerful step towards releasing stress and anxiety from your physical body.

Remember, the more you practice this technique, the more effective it will become. Make a commitment to yourself to practice regularly, and watch as your body and mind respond to the calming, soothing effects of hypnotherapy.”
