Experience the Healing Temple with Hypnotherapy

The “Healing Temple” can refer to your body and many traditional healing practice’s in some communities, or a metaphorical space for meditation and healing.

Here’s a script for a Hypnotherapy session, guiding you to the “Healing Temple”:

Introduction

(Soft, calming music starts playing. Speak in a gentle, soothing tone.)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey to the Healing Temple. Allow yourself to relax, let go of any tension, and simply be present in this moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel any stress or anxiety leave your body. You’re safe, supported, and about to experience a profound healing journey.”

Induction

(Speak in a slow, hypnotic pace.)

“Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment. Notice the sensation of your feet connecting with the ground. Feel the weight of your body distributed evenly, supported by the earth beneath you. As you inhale, breathe in the fresh, clean air, filling your lungs with tranquility. Exhale, and release any thoughts, worries, or doubts. Allow your eyelids to grow heavy, and your body to relax further with each breath.”

Deepening

(Continue speaking in a soothing tone.)

“Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to emanate from the crown of your head. This light represents relaxation, calmness, and healing energy. As it flows down through your body, it loosens any tension, easing your muscles, and quieting your mind. Allow this light to fill your entire being, nourishing your body, mind, and spirit. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more open to the healing process.”

Counting Technique

(Speak in a gentle, rhythmic tone.)

“Now, I’ll count backwards from 10,

and with each number, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more focused, and more connected to your inner self. 10…

feeling your body relax, your mind calm. 9…

your breath deepens, your heart rate slows. 8…

your muscles release any remaining tension. 7…

your mind quiets, your thoughts clarify. 6…

you feel more grounded, more centered. 5…

your body begins to heal, your energy balances. 4…

you’re becoming more receptive, more open to the healing process. 3…

your heart fills with love, compassion, and self-care. 2…

you’re now ready to enter the Healing Temple. 1…

you’re present, you’re here, and you’re ready to receive the healing you deserve.”

The Healing Temple

(Speak in a gentle, imaginative tone.)

“Imagine yourself standing in front of a beautiful, majestic temple. The doors slowly open, inviting you to enter. As you step inside, you’re enveloped by a warm, comforting energy. The air is filled with the sweet scent of healing herbs, and the soft glow of candles illuminates the space. Notice the sensation of your feet on the cool, marble floor. Feel the tranquility, the peace, and the sense of safety that permeates this sacred space.”

(Speak in a gentle, guiding tone.)

“Allow yourself to explore the temple, to discover the various rooms, each filled with its own unique healing energy. You may find a room filled with soothing water, where you can cleanse and purify your body, mind, and spirit. Another room may contain a warm, golden light, where you can nurture and heal your heart. Perhaps you’ll find a room filled with the sweet scent of flowers, where you can connect with your inner wisdom, and receive guidance and clarity.”

Know that you have the power to create positive change in your life, to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, and to cultivate a deeper sense of self-love, self-care, and self-compassion.”

Counting Technique (Reverse)

(Speak in a gentle, rhythmic tone.)

“Now, I’ll count forwards from 1,

and with each number, you’ll feel yourself becoming more alert, more focused, and more connected to your outer world. 1…

you’re still present in the Healing Temple, feeling relaxed, calm, and centered. 2…

you begin to notice your surroundings, your body, and your breath. 3…

you feel more grounded, more connected to your physical body. 4…

your mind becomes more alert, your thoughts clearer. 5…

you’re becoming more aware of your emotions, your feelings, and your sensations. 6…

Allowing to Disconnect from All that is NOT me with Hypnotherapy

Imagine that you are like a river, flowing effortlessly through the landscape, carrying the energy of release and renewal with you. You are not holding onto anything, you are not grasping onto anything, and you are not attached to anything.

Here’s a sample hypnotherapy script inspired by the concept of “Allowing to disconnect from all that is not me” from various spiritual and philosophical traditions:

Title: Releasing the Non-Essential

Introduction (Induction)

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s voice is calm and gentle.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this journey of self-discovery and exploration. Allow yourself to settle in, feeling the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel any tension or stress leaving your body. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature.”

Deepening (Progressive Relaxation)

Hypnotherapist: “Now, bring your attention to your toes. As you inhale, imagine fresh, calming energy flowing into your toes. As you exhale, feel any residual tension or discomfort melting away.

(Slowly)

Gradually, work your way up through your body, focusing on each area in turn: your feet, ankles, calves, knees, thighs, hips, back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, and head. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more at ease.”

Imagery (Visualization)

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, serene garden, surrounded by vibrant flowers and towering trees. The air is filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers, and the only sound is the gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze. As you breathe in, imagine that you are inhaling the sense of peace, the sense of calm, and the sense of wonder that this environment represents.

“Imagine that you are like a lotus flower, growing in the muddy waters of the world, but remaining unsoiled and untouched by the chaos around you. You are strong, you are resilient, and you are at peace.”

Guided Imagery (Releasing the Non-Essential)

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine that you are surrounded by a warm, golden light. This light represents your true self, your essential nature. As you breathe in, imagine that this light is filling your body, filling your mind, and filling your spirit.

“Imagine that you are releasing all that is not you, all that is not essential to your true nature.

You are letting go of all the thoughts, all the emotions, and all the energies that do not belong to you. You are releasing all the conditioning, all the programming, and all the expectations that have been placed upon you.

“Imagine that you are like a river, flowing effortlessly through the landscape, carrying the energy of release and renewal with you. You are not holding onto anything, you are not grasping onto anything, and you are not attached to anything. You are free to flow, to move, and to act in harmony with the natural order of things.”

Reinforcement (Affirmations)

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following affirmations to yourself, allowing the words to sink deeply into your subconscious mind:

* I am releasing all that is not me, all that is not essential to my true nature.

* I am letting go of all the thoughts, all the emotions, and all the energies that do not belong to me.

* I am free to be myself, to express myself, and to live my life in harmony with my true nature.

* I trust in my own inner wisdom, and I trust in the natural order of things, knowing that it will guide me on my journey.”

Conclusion (Counting Up)

Hypnotherapist: “As you come to the end of this journey, take a moment to notice how you feel.

Notice the sense of release, the feeling of freedom, and the renewed sense of connection to your true self. When you’re ready, you can slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more connected to your own inner wisdom.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself carrying this sense of release, this sense of freedom, and this sense of connection with you throughout your day.”

(Soothing music continues to play as the hypnotherapist guides the client back to a state of full awareness.)

Remember, this script is a sample and can be modified to suit the individual needs and preferences of the client. The goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where the client can explore and release all that is not essential to their true nature.
