A1 – Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy Session

Allow yourself to become aware of your body in this past life. Notice your age, gender, clothing, and surroundings. Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, allow yourself to fully embody this past life persona.

Here is a sample script for a past life regression hypnotherapy session:

*Induction*

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s voice is calm and gentle.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this past life regression session. My name is [Hypnotherapist’s name], and I’ll be guiding you through this journey. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax. Feel your eyes getting heavier, your eyelids drooping, and your breathing slowing down.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step representing a deeper state of relaxation. With each breath, take a step down, feeling your body relaxing more and more. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

Now, visualize a bright, warm light filling your entire body, starting from the crown of your head, flowing down to your toes. As this light travels, it dissolves any tension, anxiety, or stress, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed, and peaceful.

You are now in a peaceful, safe space. Allow yourself to let go of all worries and concerns, knowing that you are in control and can return to this present moment at any time.”

*Deepening*

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment. It could be a beach, a forest, or a mountain meadow. Take a moment to fully immerse yourself in this setting, noticing the sights, sounds, and sensations.

Now, visualize a gentle, soothing mist surrounding you. As you inhale, imagine this mist filling your lungs, calming your mind and body further. With each exhale, feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper, letting go of any remaining tension or thoughts.

You are now in a state of deep relaxation, ready to explore your subconscious mind and access memories from past lives.”

*Past Life Regression*

Hypnotherapist: “Imagine yourself standing in front of a large, ornate door. This door represents the gateway to your past lives. Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, visualize this door slowly opening.

As you step through the doorway, you find yourself in a different time and place. Notice the sights, sounds, and sensations around you. Take a moment to fully immerse yourself in this new environment.

*Closure and Integration*

Hypnotherapist: “As you continue to explore this past life experience, allow yourself to become aware of any lessons, insights, or understandings that you’ve gained. Take a moment to integrate these learnings into your present life, knowing that they can bring growth, healing, and transformation.

Now, visualize the door that brought you to this past life experience. As you prepare to leave, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, visualize the door slowly closing behind you.

Take a moment to slowly return to your peaceful, serene environment, bringing with you the insights and understandings from your past life experience. When you’re ready, you can slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more connected to your true self.”

*Counting and Awakening*

Hypnotherapist: “Now, I’ll count from 1 to 5, and when I reach 5, you’ll slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, relaxed, and fully awake. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.”

Remove Fears and Insecurities with Hypnotherapy

Here is a sample script for a hypnotherapy session to help someone remove fears and insecurities:

Induction

(Soothing music starts playing. The hypnotherapist’s calm and gentle voice guides the client into a state of deep relaxation.)

Hypnotherapist: “Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll take the first step towards overcoming your fears and insecurities. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax. Feel the tension in your body start to melt away, like warm wax dripping down a candle.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper and deeper into relaxation. As you take a step down, feel your eyelids growing heavier, your breathing slowing down, and your body becoming heavier. With each step, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed’ to yourself.

Take another step down, and feel your shoulders dropping, your jaw releasing, and your entire body letting go of any remaining tension. You’re doing great. Take one more step down, and as you do, repeat ‘I am completely relaxed’ to yourself.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful place, where you feel safe and comfortable. It could be a beach, a forest, or a cozy room in your home. Take a moment to explore this place, noticing the sights, sounds, and sensations around you.

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any remaining stress or anxiety leaving your body. You’re becoming more and more relaxed with each breath.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light touches each part of your body, it relaxes any remaining tension, calming your mind and soothing your emotions.”

Visualization

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine a large, empty box in front of you. This box represents your subconscious mind, and it’s where your fears and insecurities are stored. Take a moment to notice how the box looks, feels, and smells.

Imagine a bright, shining light beginning to fill the box, illuminating all the dark corners and crevices. As the light touches each fear and insecurity, it begins to dissolve, fading away into nothingness.

Notice how your body is feeling more relaxed, more calm, and more peaceful as each fear and insecurity disappears. You’re taking back control of your thoughts and emotions.

Imagine a small, gentle breeze blowing through the box, sweeping away any remaining scraps of fear and insecurity. You’re free, you’re clear, and you’re in control.”

Suggestions

Hypnotherapist: “From this day forward, whenever you feel fear or insecurity creeping in, remember the peaceful, empty box in your subconscious mind. Imagine the bright, shining light filling the box, dissolving any remaining fears and insecurities.

Repeat after me: ‘I am in control of my thoughts and emotions. I am strong and capable.’ Say it with conviction: ‘I am in control of my thoughts and emotions. I am strong and capable.’

You’re taking back your power, and you’re choosing to face your fears and insecurities head-on. You’re brave, you’re confident, and you’re unstoppable.

Whenever you feel anxious or scared, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine the bright light filling your mind, calming your thoughts, and soothing your emotions. You’ve got this.”

Reinforcement

Hypnotherapist: “Remember, the more you practice facing your fears and insecurities, the more confident and empowered you’ll become. You’re taking control of your life, and you’re choosing to live without fear and anxiety.

Bring the client out of trance

Hypnotherapist: “Now, slowly begin to bring your attention back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, open your eyes. Notice how you’re feeling, and remember that you’re in control of your thoughts and emotions. You did great!”
