Induction

(Speak in a calm, soothing voice)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of visualization and success. Allow yourself to settle in, getting comfortable and relaxed. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel any tension or stress leave your body.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper into relaxation. As you begin to descend, feel your muscles release, your mind calm, and your breath slow. With each step, you become more relaxed, more focused, and more receptive to positive change.

You’re now at the bottom of the stairs, in a peaceful, serene environment. Notice the sensation of your feet connecting with the ground, feeling grounded and stable. Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts, worries, or concerns, and simply be present in this moment.”

Deepening

“Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light travels, it dissolves any remaining tension, calming your mind and relaxing your muscles.

With each breath, you become more relaxed, more focused, and more open to the suggestions that follow. You’re in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is receptive to positive change.

Now, imagine yourself in a favorite place, somewhere that feels safe, comfortable, and inspiring. It could be a beach, a forest, or a mountaintop. Visualize the sights, sounds, and sensations of this place, allowing yourself to fully immerse in the experience.”

Visualization

“Imagine yourself achieving your goals and realizing your dreams. See yourself succeeding, feeling confident, and experiencing a sense of pride and accomplishment.

Visualize the specific details of your success, such as the sights, sounds, and emotions. Imagine the feelings of excitement, joy, and fulfillment that come with achieving your goals.

As you visualize your success, notice the sensations in your body. Feel the sense of confidence and self-assurance that comes with knowing you can achieve your goals. Imagine the sense of momentum and motivation that drives you to take action and make your vision a reality.

Now, imagine yourself taking the first step towards making your vision a reality. See yourself taking action, making decisions, and overcoming obstacles. Visualize the progress you make, the challenges you overcome, and the successes you achieve.

And as you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I let go.’ Allow any doubts, fears, or worries to drift away like the petals of the flowers gently falling to the ground. You are safe, you are calm, and you are ready to begin this journey of transformation.”

Deepening

“Now, visualize a warm, soothing light filling your entire body, calming your mind and quieting your thoughts. This light represents your inner peace, your self-acceptance, and your confidence.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this light spreading throughout your body, filling any areas where you may feel anxious, uncertain, or critical. You are becoming more relaxed, more centered, and more open to the suggestions that will follow.

Take a few more deep breaths, and feel yourself becoming more relaxed with each exhale. You are now at a depth where your subconscious mind is open and receptive to the suggestions that will follow.”

Suggestions

“Imagine yourself speaking to yourself with kindness, compassion, and understanding. You’re no longer plagued by negative self-talk, no longer criticizing yourself, and no longer holding yourself back.

Visualize yourself using positive, empowering language, lifting yourself up, and celebrating your achievements. You’re confident, you’re capable, and you’re worthy of love, respect, and success.

Imagine the sense of freedom, liberation, and joy that comes from living a life free from negative self-talk. You feel lighter, more energized, and more fulfilled.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am worthy of love and respect’ to yourself, and feel the truth of it resonating deep within your being. You are worthy, you are deserving, and you are capable of living a life that truly reflects who you are and what you stand for.”

Visualization

“Now, visualize yourself in a situation where you would normally engage in negative self-talk. Maybe it’s after making a mistake, or facing a challenge, or feeling overwhelmed. Whatever the situation, imagine yourself taking a deep breath, and saying to yourself, ‘I am enough. I am worthy of love and respect, no matter what.’

As you assert your confidence, imagine the negative self-talk melting away like ice in the warm sun. You’re no longer held back by self-doubt, self-criticism, or fear. You’re free to live a life that truly reflects who you are and what you stand for.

Repeat the phrase ‘I choose to speak to myself with kindness and compassion’ to yourself, and feel the truth of it resonating deep within your being. You are choosing to speak to yourself with kindness, you are choosing to uplift yourself, and you are choosing to live a life that truly reflects who you are and what you stand for.”

Counting and Awakening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count from 5 to 1, and when I reach 1, you’ll slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to start living a more positive, empowered life.

5… You are becoming more aware, more alert, and more focused.

4… Your eyes are starting to flutter, and your body is becoming more active.

3… You’re feeling more energized, more motivated, and more inspired to speak to yourself with kindness and compassion.

2… Your heart is beating faster, and your senses are becoming more acute.

1… Slowly open your eyes, take a deep breath in, and when you exhale, say to yourself, ‘I am worthy of love and respect, I choose to speak to myself with kindness and compassion, and I am free from negative self-talk.'”
