Imagine that you are in a loving, intimate situation with your partner. See yourself as connected, present, and fully engaged.

Here is a sample script for a hypnotherapy session focused on addressing sexual dysfunction caused by sexual trauma from the past:

Title: “Releasing Trauma and Embracing Intimacy”

Induction:

“Welcome, and take a deep breath in. As you exhale, allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress. Imagine yourself in a safe, peaceful environment, where you feel protected and supported.

“As you settle in, take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your eyes to gently close. Feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm with each breath.

You are safe, and you are in control.

“Imagine yourself descending a peaceful staircase, with each step, feeling yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered. With each breath, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed’ to yourself, allowing the words to sink deep into your subconscious mind.”

Deepening:

“Imagine yourself in a beautiful, serene sanctuary, surrounded by protective walls and filled with comforting energy. Notice the sounds of calmness around you, the gentle hum of a waterfall, and the soothing scent of lavender. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, and the gentle breeze caressing your face.

“As you walk through this sanctuary, notice the different symbols and objects that represent your personal strength, resilience, and courage. See the statues of wisdom, the gardens of healing, and the fountains of forgiveness. Allow yourself to feel a sense of connection to this sanctuary, and know that it is a safe space for you to explore and heal.”

Sexual Trauma:

“Now, imagine that you are standing in a peaceful meadow, surrounded by wildflowers and the gentle rustling of leaves.

Notice the feeling of safety and calmness in this meadow.

“Imagine that you are holding a small, delicate box in your hand. This box represents the memories and emotions associated with the sexual trauma from your past. Notice how it feels, perhaps heavy, painful, and overwhelming.

“Imagine that you are slowly opening the box, feeling the weight of the memories, and then gently releasing them into the air. Watch as they slowly float away, taking all the pain and trauma with them.

“Repeat after me: ‘I release the trauma.’ ‘I let go of the pain.’ ‘I forgive myself and others.’

“Imagine that with each breath, you are letting go of any remaining trauma or pain, and instead, filling yourself with self-love, self-acceptance, and self-compassion. See yourself as a sexual being, worthy of pleasure, intimacy, and connection.”

Visualization:

“Now, imagine that you are in a loving, intimate situation with your partner. See yourself as connected, present, and fully engaged.

Notice the sensations in your body, the feelings of pleasure and arousal.

“Imagine that you are fully absorbed in the moment, enjoying the sensations and the connection with your partner.

See yourself as a sexual being, confident, relaxed, and fully present.

“As you visualize this scenario, repeat after me: ‘I am fully present in the moment.’ ‘I trust in my abilities.’ ‘I am worthy of pleasure and intimacy.'”

Counting and Awakening:

“Now, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly count backwards from five, feeling yourself becoming more alert and awake with each number. Five… four… three… two… one.

“When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more connected to your body and your sexuality.”

Here is a sample script for a hypnotherapy session focused on reconnecting the mind, body, and spirit:

Induction

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll embark on a journey of deep harmony and balance. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any sense of disconnection or fragmentation to leave your being. Feel your eyes growing heavy, your eyelids softening, and your breathing becoming slow and calm.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by the beauty of nature. With each breath, feel your body becoming heavier, more relaxed, and more calm. Take your time, and with each step, allow yourself to let go of any remaining tension or doubts.

You are now completely relaxed, and your mind, body, and spirit are open to the positive suggestions and healing energy that will follow.”

Deepening

“Now, imagine a warm, comforting light beginning to fill your entire being. This light represents the unity and harmony of your mind, body, and spirit. As it grows, it begins to illuminate any areas of disconnection or imbalance.

Envision this light filling your mind, calming any thoughts or worries, and bringing clarity and focus. Imagine it filling your body, relaxing any tensions or discomforts, and restoring balance and well-being. And envision it filling your spirit, nurturing your sense of purpose and connection to the universe.

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine any sense of fragmentation or disconnection being released and cleared. Allow this light to fill your entire being, bringing a sense of unity, harmony, and balance.”

Reconnecting the Mind, Body, and Spirit

“Imagine yourself standing in front of a beautiful, shimmering mirror. This mirror represents the reflection of your true self, where your mind, body, and spirit are in perfect harmony.

Envision looking into the mirror, and as you do, notice how your mind, body, and spirit begin to align and synchronize. Imagine your thoughts becoming clear and focused, your body feeling strong and healthy, and your spirit shining bright with purpose and connection.

Repeat the following affirmations to yourself:

* ‘My mind, body, and spirit are in perfect harmony.’

* ‘I am whole, complete, and balanced.’

* ‘I trust in my inner guidance and wisdom.’

Healing and Balancing

“Now, imagine any areas of imbalance or disconnection in your mind, body, or spirit rising to the surface as clouds. As you breathe in, envision fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine these clouds being gently blown away, dissolving into nothingness.

Repeat the following affirmations to yourself:

* ‘I release all imbalances and disconnections.’

* ‘I am healed and whole.’

* ‘I am at peace with myself and the world.’

Sealing and Integration

“Now, take a moment to seal and integrate the healing energy that has been activated within your mind, body, and spirit. Imagine this warm, comforting light of unity and harmony filling your entire being, nourishing and sustaining you.

As you prepare to open your eyes, know that this healing energy will continue to work within you, guiding your mind, body, and spirit towards harmony, balance, and wholeness. Trust that you are safe, supported, and guided on your journey towards reconnecting with your true self.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and more connected to your mind, body, and spirit.”

Final Suggestion

“Remember, the power to reconnect your mind, body, and spirit lies within you. Trust in your inner guidance, and know that you can return to this peaceful, harmonious state whenever you need it. Take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, feeling more whole, more balanced, and more connected to your true self.”
