Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes. Feel your muscles relaxing, your heart rate slowing, and your mind calming.

“Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, where you can connect with your higher self and the spirit world. This environment is yours, and you’re in control. Take another deep breath, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase, ‘I am relaxed and open to guidance.'”

Deepening

“Now, imagine yourself walking through a beautiful garden, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers. With each step, you’re sinking deeper into relaxation, letting go of any tension, anxiety, or stress. You’re creating space within yourself to connect with the spirit world and receive guidance.

“As you walk through the garden, you notice a gentle, soothing light surrounding you. This light represents your connection to the spirit world and the guidance that awaits you. Allow this light to envelop you, to comfort you, and to guide you on this journey.”

Inviting Patience the Spirit

“Now, I want you to imagine that you’re standing in front of a beautiful, shimmering portal. This portal represents the gateway to the spirit world, and it’s where Patience the Spirit awaits you.

“Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, repeat the phrase, ‘I invite Patience the Spirit to guide me.’ Imagine that Patience is stepping forward, surrounded by a warm, comforting light. Feel her presence, her calmness, and her wisdom.

“Allow Patience to place a gentle hand on your shoulder, and as she does, feel a surge of patience, calmness, and clarity flow through your entire being. You’re now connected with Patience the Spirit, and you’re ready to receive her guidance and wisdom.”

Receiving Guidance

“Now, take a moment to speak with Patience the Spirit. Ask her any questions you may have, and listen to her guidance and wisdom. Allow her to share her insights with you, and feel her patience and calmness flowing through you.

“Imagine that Patience is sharing with you the secrets of patience, tolerance, and understanding. She’s teaching you how to approach life’s challenges with a sense of calmness, clarity, and confidence.

“As you receive her guidance, feel your heart and mind expanding, becoming more open, more receptive, and more patient. You’re integrating Patience’s wisdom into your daily life, and you’re becoming more patient, more tolerant, and more understanding.”

Integration and Closure

“Now, take a few deep breaths, and as you inhale, imagine that you’re integrating Patience’s guidance and wisdom into your daily life. As you exhale, imagine that you’re releasing any remaining impatience, frustration, or anxiety.

“When you’re ready, you can slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and connected to Patience the Spirit. Remember, Patience is always with you, guiding you, and supporting you on your journey.

“From this moment forward, whenever you need guidance or patience, simply take a deep breath, and repeat the phrase, ‘I call upon Patience the Spirit to guide me.’ Feel her presence, her calmness, and her wisdom, and know that you’re always supported and guided.”

Imagine yourself standing on a peaceful beach at sunset. The sky is painted with vibrant colours, and the sound of the waves gently lapping against the shore is soothing. With each breath, feel your body relaxing, your mind quieting, and your spirit lifting.

As you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am patient and calm’ to yourself. Allow the sound of the waves to be the only sound you focus on. You are safe, you are calm, and you are patient.”

Deepening:

“Now, imagine yourself descending a staircase, one step at a time. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. At the bottom of the staircase, you’ll find a peaceful, serene room where you can let go of all worries and concerns.

As you enter this room, notice the soothing colours, the soft cushions, and the gentle scent of your mothers apple pie. Feel the sense of calm and tranquility that permeates this space. You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to receive positive suggestions and allow powerful changes inside you.”

Script:

“Imagine yourself standing in the most beautiful, peaceful garden. See all the many vibrant flowers blooming all around you, Smell the slight fragrance of the flowers in the breeze, Feel the soft grass beneath your feet, Hear the gentle breeze rustling the leaves. This garden represents your inner patience, peace, calm and tranquility.

“Imagine yourself holding a very small, delicate leaf in your hand. This leaf represents the gentle, patient energy of waiting and allowing. As you hold the leaf, feel its energy spreading throughout your entire body, filling you with patience, calmness, forbearance, tolerance, restraint, stoicism, fortitude, endurance, calmness, composure, tolerance, and understanding.

Patience as the fruit of the spirit represents your relationship to Others. 

Now, visualize a peaceful, still pond in front of you. See the calm surface of the water, and notice how it reflects the beauty of the surrounding environment. This pond represents your inner patience and self-control.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am patient and self-controlled’ to yourself, and feel the truth of those words resonating deep within your soul. You are calm, you are patient, and you are in control of your emotions and actions.”

Counting and Awakening:

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly count from 5 to 1. As you count, feel yourself becoming more alert, more focused, and more energized.

5… Feel the rise of your chest, the sensation of the air in your lungs.

4… Notice the sensation of your feet on the ground, the stability of your body.

3… Feel the clarity of your mind, the focus of your thoughts.

2… Visualize the peaceful, still pond still reflecting your inner patience and self-control.

1… You are awake, refreshed, and filled with patience. You are calm, you are self-controlled, and you are ready to take on your day.”
