Turn up the frequency of Faithfulness. Imagine that you are holding a small, delicate seed in your hand. This seed represents your faithfulness, your trust, and your loyalty.

Faithfulness as the fruit of the spirit represents your relationship with Yourself.

Here’s a hypnotherapy script to help increase faithfulness and trust in oneself and others:

Title: “Cultivating Faithfulness”

Induction:

(Soothing music starts playing. Speak in a calm, gentle tone.)

“Welcome to this empowering hypnotherapy session. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to release from your body. Feel the weight of your seat, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sound of my voice guiding you deeper into relaxation.

Imagine yourself standing on a mountain peak at sunrise. The sky is ablaze with vibrant colors, filling you with a sense of hope and new beginnings. With each breath, feel your body relaxing, your mind quieting, and your spirit lifting.

As you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am confident and faithful’ to yourself. Allow the sound of the gentle wind whispering through the trees to be the only sound you focus on. You are safe, you are calm, and you are faithful in yourself and others.”

Deepening:

“Now, imagine yourself descending a staircase, one step at a time. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. At the bottom of the staircase, you’ll find a peaceful, serene room where you can let go of all worries and concerns.

As you enter this room, notice the soothing colours, the soft cushions, and the gentle scent of fresh cut aloes. Feel the sense of calm and tranquility that permeates this space. Feel the sense of calm and tranquility that permeates this space. You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to receive positive suggestions and allow powerful changes inside you.”

Script:

“Imagine yourself standing in the most beautiful, peaceful garden. See all the many vibrant flowers blooming all around you, Smell the slight fragrance of the flowers in the breeze, Feel the soft grass beneath your feet, Hear the gentle breeze rustling the leaves. This garden represents your faithfulness, peace, calm and tranquility. This garden also represents your relationships, your commitments to yourself and others.

“Imagine yourself holding a very small, very delicate seed in your hand. This seed represents the gentle, loving energy of faithfulness. As you hold the seed, feel its energy spreading throughout your entire body, filling you with faithfulness, loyalty, constancy, devotion, truth, true-heartedness, dedication, commitment, allegiance, adherence, dependability, reliability confidence and assurance.

Faithfulness as the fruit of the spirit represents your relationship with Yourself. 

As you gaze upon the garden, notice the vibrant flowers blooming, symbolizing the beauty and strength of your relationships. See the strong, resilient trees, representing your unwavering commitment to yourself and others.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am faithful and trustworthy’ to yourself, and feel the truth of those words resonating deep within your soul. You are reliable, you are committed, and you are faithful in yourself and others.”

Counting and Awakening:

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly count from 5 to 1. As you count, feel yourself becoming more alert, more focused, and more energized.

5… Feel the rise of your chest, the sensation of the air in your lungs.

4… Notice the sensation of your feet on the ground, the stability of your body.

3… Feel the clarity of your mind, the focus of your thoughts.

2… Visualize the lush garden still blooming within you, a symbol of your faithfulness and trust.

1… You are awake, refreshed, and faithful in yourself and others. You are confident, you are committed, and you are ready to take on your day.”

(Soothing music continues to play for another minute before fading out.)
