Reframing:

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am repulsed by vaping, I am disgusted by the taste and smell, and I am empowered to stay vape-free.’ Allow these words to fill you with a sense of aversion and disgust towards vaping.
