Understand that your Well-being is not a constant state of Zen with Hypnotherapy

I used to believe that living a life of well-being meant eliminating negativity and creating balance in order to live in a state of calm, peace, and happiness.

What I learned throughout my wellness journey is that life has everything, nothing is constant, the emotional scale is sometimes tipped, and well-being is not a destination. Human life is filled with experiences that ignite a full range of emotions, test your capacity, challenge your strength, activate your resilience, inspire your talent. Well-being is tapping into your greatest source of power to make conscious choices that support your highest good. It is about navigating life with confidence and free will to live your sacred yes, every day.

Here’s a hypnotherapy script to help you understand that your well-being is not a constant state of Zen:

Induction

(Soft, calming music plays in the background)

“Welcome to this hypnotherapy session, where you’ll explore the concept of well-being and its relationship with your emotional state. Find a comfortable seated or lying position, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Imagine yourself standing on a peaceful beach at sunset, feeling the gentle ocean breeze on your skin. With each breath, allow your body to relax and your mind to quiet.”

Deepening

“As you breathe in, imagine fresh, calming energy entering your body. As you breathe out, imagine any tension, stress, or doubts leaving your body. Repeat this process, allowing yourself to relax further with each breath.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head. As this light travels down through your face, neck, and shoulders, it dissolves any remaining tension or resistance. This light continues to flow down through your arms, chest, abdomen, lower back, hips, legs, and finally, your toes.

You are now in a deep state of relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions.”

Understanding Well-being

“Imagine yourself standing on a serene mountain path, surrounded by nature’s beauty. As you walk along this path, you notice that the scenery changes, and the terrain shifts. Sometimes it’s smooth, and sometimes it’s challenging.

This path represents your emotional journey, and it’s normal for it to ebb and flow. Your well-being is not a constant state of Zen; it’s a dynamic, ever-changing experience.

See that well-being is not about being in a constant state of calmness or happiness. It’s about being resilient, adaptable, and compassionate, even in the face of challenges.

You are not a fixed state of being; you are a dynamic, evolving individual, capable of navigating life’s ups and downs with ease and grace.”

Visualization

“Imagine yourself in different scenarios, experiencing various emotions. See yourself feeling happy, sad, angry, or fearful. Notice that each emotion arises, peaks, and subsides, like the waves of the ocean.

As you experience these emotions, remember that they are temporary and ever-changing. You are not your emotions; you are the observer, watching them arise and pass.

In this state, you understand that your well-being is not dependent on external circumstances. You are whole, complete, and deserving of love, care, and compassion, regardless of your emotional state.”

Affirmations

“Allow the following affirmations to sink deeply into your subconscious mind:

‘My well-being is not a constant state of Zen; it’s a dynamic experience.

I am resilient, adaptable, and compassionate, even in challenges.

I am not my emotions; I am the observer, watching them arise and pass.

I am whole, complete, and deserving of love, care, and compassion.

My well-being is not dependent on external circumstances; it’s an inner state.'”

Integration

“As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine integrating the insights and awareness from this experience into your daily life. See yourself navigating life’s challenges with ease, compassion, and resilience.

Remember, your well-being is not about achieving a specific state; it’s about embracing your humanity and being kind to yourself, no matter what.”

Counting Up

“When you’re ready, slowly begin to bring your attention back to your physical body. Take a few deep breaths, and as you exhale, imagine any remaining relaxation or calmness leaving your body.

Count slowly to yourself, from1 to5, and with each number, feel yourself becoming more alert and awake. When you reach5, take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes.”

Take a deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes.

Prioritizing Well-being with Hypnotherapy

Imagine yourself tending to the garden, nourishing each area with love, care, and attention. Feel the sense of peace and contentment that comes from taking care of yourself, from prioritizing your well-being.

Here is a hypnotherapy script for prioritizing well-being:

Induction

“Welcome to this journey of relaxation and self-care. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress. Allow your body to relax, starting from the crown of your head, down to your toes.

Imagine yourself lying on a comfortable, warm beach at sunset. Feel the gentle sand beneath you, the soothing sound of the waves, and the warm, golden light of the setting sun. With each breath, allow yourself to relax further, letting go of any thoughts or worries.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine a gentle, calming mist beginning to envelop your body. This mist is filled with soothing energy, and it’s washing away any remaining tension or anxiety. Allow yourself to surrender to its calming effects, feeling more relaxed with each passing moment.

You are now in a state of deep relaxation, open to positive suggestions and ready to prioritize your well-being.”

Deepening

“Imagine yourself sinking deeper into relaxation, like a leaf floating gently down to the surface of a calm lake. With each breath, allow yourself to let go a little more, surrendering to the present moment.

As you sink deeper, repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I am calm, I am relaxed, I am at peace.’ Allow the words to become a gentle mantra, guiding you deeper into relaxation.

Take a moment to notice the sensation of your body, feeling heavier, more relaxed, and more grounded with each passing moment. You are now in a state of deep relaxation, ready to focus on your well-being.”

Prioritizing Well-being

“Imagine yourself standing in front of a beautiful, serene garden. This garden represents your inner world, and the beauty and tranquility that lies within.

Notice the different areas of the garden, each representing a different aspect of your well-being. See the vibrant flowers that bloom with self-care, the lush green grass that represents nourishing relationships, and the sparkling fountain that symbolizes mental clarity and focus.

As you explore the garden, notice which areas need attention, which flowers need watering, and which paths need clearing. Allow yourself to acknowledge any areas that may have been neglected, and make a commitment to yourself to prioritize your well-being.

Imagine yourself tending to the garden, nourishing each area with love, care, and attention. Feel the sense of peace and contentment that comes from taking care of yourself, from prioritizing your well-being.

Repeat the following phrase to yourself: ‘I prioritize my well-being, I take care of myself.’ Allow the words to become a gentle reminder, guiding you to make self-care a top priority in your daily life.”

Reinforcement

“Imagine yourself looking back on your day, feeling proud of the choices you’ve made to prioritize your well-being. You’ve taken time for self-care, nourished your relationships, and taken care of your mental and physical health.

Notice how this focus on well-being has changed your perspective, has shifted your focus to what truly matters. Feel the sense of calm, clarity, and confidence that comes from taking care of yourself.

As you continue to breathe deeply, allow this feeling to become a part of you, a natural response to the ups and downs of life. You are now more aware of the importance of prioritizing your well-being, more committed to making it a top priority in your daily life.

Remember, you can return to this state of relaxation and awareness whenever you choose. Simply take a deep breath, and allow yourself to let go, surrendering to the present moment, and the well-being that awaits you there.”

Awakening

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to slowly return to a state of full awareness. Notice how you feel, more relaxed, more calm, more committed to prioritizing your well-being.

Remember, your well-being is a top priority, and it’s worth taking care of. Take this feeling of calm and confidence with you, and apply it to your daily life.

When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the day with a newfound sense of commitment to your well-being.”

I hope this script helps you prioritize your well-being! Remember to practice regularly to reinforce the positive suggestions and to deepen your state of relaxation.
