Induction

Hello, and welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax.
Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful environment, surrounded by nature. Visualize the sights, sounds, and smells of this serene place. Allow the calming atmosphere to envelop you, and feel your body and mind relaxing.
Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your eyelids growing heavy, your shoulders dropping, and your jaw releasing any tension.
Deepening
As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count backwards from 10 to 1. With each number, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered.
10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1…
Body Scan
Now, bring your attention to your body. Starting from the crown of your head, bring awareness to each part of your body, slowly scanning down to your toes.
As you focus on each area, release any tension, any stress, or any discomfort. Allow yourself to let go of any physical or emotional weight that you may be carrying.
Grounding
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, deep into the earth. These roots represent stability, balance, and connection to the present moment.
As you inhale, visualize fresh energy and calmness flowing from the earth, up through your roots, and into your body. As you exhale, imagine any stress, anxiety, or feelings of disconnection flowing out of your body and back into the earth.
Repeat this process a few times, feeling yourself becoming more grounded and centered with each breath.
Visual Anchor
Now, visualize a symbol or object that represents balance and calmness to you. It could be a specific animal, a gemstone, or a personal item that holds significance.
Imagine this symbol in front of you, and focus on its details, its shape, and its colour. As you inhale, visualize its calming energy flowing into you, and as you exhale, imagine any feelings of uncertainty or disbalance flowing out of you.
Core Connection

As you inhale, visualize this light expanding, filling your entire body, and radiating outward, creating a sense of balance and harmony.
Repeat the following affirmation to yourself:

Reinforcement
Remember, you have the power to choose how you respond to life’s challenges. You can always take a few deep breaths, focus on your body, and connect with your inner center.

Awakening
