“Reclaiming My Power & Returning to Self-Authority”
Intention:
To gently retrieve emotional power, self-worth, and identity that were outsourced to a woman or relationship, and to re-anchor them within the self.
1. Induction – Returning to the Body
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Allow your eyes to close naturally.
Take a slow breath in through your nose…
And release it through your mouth.
Again… inhale deeply…
And exhale fully.
With each breath, your body settles.
Your nervous system softens.
You are safe in this moment.
There is nothing to prove.
Nothing to earn.
Nothing to chase.
2. Deepening – Stepping Out of Emotional Dependency
Imagine yourself standing alone in a wide, open space.
Calm. Grounded. Present.
Notice how it feels to stand without reaching…
Without needing validation…
Without waiting to be chosen.
Now become aware of any part of you that once believed:
“My value depends on her attention.”
“My worth rises or falls with her approval.”
These beliefs were learned…
Not true.
3. Power Retrieval – Calling Your Energy Home
Imagine all the emotional energy you gave away:
Your confidence…
Your peace…
Your sense of direction…
Your self-respect…
See this energy gently returning to you now.
Flowing back from memories, conversations, expectations.
You are not taking power from anyone.
You are reclaiming what was always yours.
Feel it returning to your chest…
