“Now, imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, serene landscape. The sky above is a soft, gentle pink, and the earth beneath your feet is warm and nurturing. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more connected to your inner wisdom.

As you gaze out at this landscape, notice how the flowers bloom before you, delicate and beautiful. Notice the trees, their branches swaying gently in the breeze. Allow yourself to feel a sense of connection to this peaceful, natural world, and allow yourself to tap into its nurturing energy.

You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. Allow yourself to receive these suggestions, and integrate them into your subconscious mind.”

Script:

“Imagine that you have a loving, nurturing, and compassionate aspect of yourself, your Divine Feminine. This aspect is gentle, kind, and infinitely wise. It is the part of you that knows exactly what to do, exactly what to say, and exactly how to be.

“Welcome to this soothing hypnotherapy session. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to release from your body. Feel the weight of your seat, the sensation of the air on your skin, and the sound of my voice guiding you deeper into relaxation.

Imagine yourself standing in a serene meadow on a warm summer day. The sun shines down upon you, filling you with a sense of calm and serenity. With each breath, feel your body relaxing, your mind quieting, and your spirit lifting.

As you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am calm and relaxed’ to yourself. Allow the sound of the gentle breeze rustling the grass to be the only sound you focus on. You are safe, you are calm, and you are gentle with yourself.”

Deepening:

“Now, imagine yourself descending a staircase, one step at a time. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more focused. At the bottom of the staircase, you’ll find a peaceful, cozy room where you can let go of all worries and concerns.

As you enter this room, notice the soothing colors, the soft cushions, and the gentle scent of herbal freshness. Feel the sense of calm and tranquility that permeates this space. Feel the sense of calm and tranquility that permeates this space. You are now in a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to receive positive suggestions and allow powerful changes inside you.”

“Imagine yourself standing in the most beautiful, peaceful garden. See all the many vibrant flowers blooming all around you, Smell the slight fragrance of the flowers in the breeze, Feel the soft grass beneath your feet, Hear the gentle breeze rustling the leaves. This garden represents your gentleness, peace, calm and tranquility. This garden also represents your relationships, your commitments to yourself and others.

“Imagine yourself water in the palm of your hand. The water represents your own gentle nature, your compassionate heart, and your capacity for self-love. Feel its energy spreading throughout your entire body, filling you with gentleness, kindness, tenderness, humanity, mercy, forgiveness and sympathy.

Gentleness as the fruit of the spirit represents your relationship with Yourself. 

As you gaze at the water, remember a time when you were kind and gentle with yourself. Perhaps it was a moment of self-care, a gentle word you spoke to yourself, or a soothing touch you gave to your own skin.

Now, imagine that gentle energy spreading throughout your entire body. Feel your shoulders relaxing, your heart softening, and your mind calming. You are gentle with yourself, and you are worthy of love and compassion.

Repeat the phrase ‘I am gentle with myself’ to yourself, and feel the truth of those words resonating deep within your soul. You are kind, you are compassionate, and you are gentle with yourself.

Counting and Awakening:

“Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly count from 5 to 1. As you count, feel yourself becoming more alert, more focused, and more energized.

4… Notice the sensation of your feet on the ground, the stability of your body.
