Induction

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any tension or stress to leave your body. Feel your eyes growing heavy, and your eyelids becoming relaxed. Allow yourself to settle into a comfortable position, and take another deep breath in.

Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful, peaceful meadow, surrounded by vibrant wildflowers that represent your inner strength and resilience. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered.

As you inhale, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed’ to yourself. And as you exhale, repeat the phrase ‘I let go.’ Allow any doubts, fears, or worries to drift away like the petals of the wildflowers gently falling to the ground. You are safe, you are calm, and you are ready to begin this journey of transformation.”

Deepening

“Now, visualize a warm, soothing light filling your entire body, calming your mind and quieting your thoughts. This light represents your inner peace, your self-acceptance, and your confidence.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this light spreading throughout your body, filling any areas where you may feel uncertain, anxious, or hesitant. You are becoming more relaxed, more centered, and more open to the suggestions that will follow.

Take a few more deep breaths, and feel yourself becoming more relaxed with each exhale. You are now at a depth where your subconscious mind is open and receptive to the suggestions that will follow.”

Suggestions

“Imagine yourself feeling confident, capable, and self-assured. You’re no longer held back by self-doubt, fear of failure, or negative self-talk. You’re standing tall, with your head held high, and your heart filled with pride and self-worth.

Counting and Awakening

“As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count from 5 to 1, and when I reach 1, you’ll slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to start living a life of self-worth and confidence.

5… You are becoming more aware, more alert, and more focused.

4… Your eyes are starting to flutter, and your body is becoming more active.

3… You’re feeling more energized, more motivated, and more inspired to take action.

2… Your heart is beating faster, and your senses are becoming more acute.

1… Slowly open your eyes, take a deep breath in, and when you exhale, say to yourself, ‘I am worthy of love, respect, and success. I trust myself and my abilities, and I am capable of achieving great things.'”

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase, with each step leading you deeper and deeper into relaxation. As you take a step down, feel your eyelids growing heavier, your breathing slowing down, and your body becoming heavier. With each step, repeat the phrase ‘I am relaxed’ to yourself.

Take another step down, and feel your shoulders dropping, your jaw releasing, and your entire body letting go of any remaining tension. You’re doing great. Take one more step down, and as you do, repeat ‘I am completely relaxed’ to yourself.”

Deepening

Hypnotherapist: “Now, imagine yourself in a peaceful place, where you feel safe and comfortable. It could be a beach, a forest, or a cozy room in your home. Take a moment to explore this place, noticing the sights, sounds, and sensations around you.

As you breathe in, imagine fresh, clean air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, imagine any remaining stress or anxiety leaving your body. You’re becoming more and more relaxed with each breath.

Imagine a warm, soothing light beginning to fill your body, starting at the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. As this light touches each part of your body, it relaxes any remaining tension, calming your mind and soothing your emotions.”

Suggestions

Hypnotherapist: “Now, I want you to imagine yourself as a non-smoker. See yourself confidently walking away from a pack of cigarettes, knowing you’ve made the decision to quit for good.

Repeat after me: ‘I am in control of my cravings. I am strong and capable of overcoming any urge to smoke.’ Say it with conviction: ‘I am in control of my cravings. I am strong and capable of overcoming any urge to smoke.’

Imagine the smell of fresh air filling your lungs, the taste of clean, healthy breath on your tongue. You’re proud of yourself for taking this step towards a healthier lifestyle.

Whenever you think about smoking, imagine a big, red ‘STOP’ sign in your mind. See yourself putting on the brakes, taking a deep breath, and choosing a healthier alternative. You can do this. You are in control.

Imagine yourself in situations where you normally would have smoked, but now you’re smiling, feeling confident, and knowing you’ve made the right decision. You’re a non-smoker, and you’re feeling amazing.”

Reinforcement

Hypnotherapist: “From this day forward, you’ll find yourself becoming more and more resistant to the temptation of cigarettes. You’ll notice your cravings decreasing, your energy increasing, and your overall health improving.

Whenever you think about smoking, remember that you’ve made a conscious decision to quit. You’re in control, and you’re capable of overcoming any obstacle.
