Here is a sample hypnotherapy script for women to develop unwavering confidence and set up hard boundaries:
Induction
“Welcome to this empowering hypnotherapy session, where you’ll unlock the confidence and strength that lies within you. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow any self-doubt or uncertainty to leave your body. Imagine yourself in a peaceful, nurturing space, where you can relax and let go of any fears or limitations.
“As you inhale, imagine fresh, empowering energy entering your body, filling you with confidence and self-assurance. As you exhale, imagine any negative self-talk or criticism leaving your body, making room for positive, uplifting thoughts.
“Now, imagine a warm, protective light filling your entire being, starting from the crown of your head, flowing down to your toes, and filling every cell in your body. This light represents confidence, strength, and self-love. Allow it to grow and intensify with each breath.”
Deepening
“Take a moment to relax your shoulders, feeling them drop and release any tension. Allow your jaw to relax, and your eyes to feel heavy, like they’re gently closing.
“Imagine yourself walking through a beautiful, serene garden, surrounded by blooming flowers and soothing water features. With each step, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more centered.
“As you walk, repeat the phrase ‘I am enough, exactly as I am’ to yourself. Allow the words to sink deep into your subconscious, where they’ll become a guiding truth.”
Confidence and Boundary-Setting
“Now, imagine yourself standing tall, with your feet firmly planted on the ground. Feel the weight of your body distributed evenly, with your shoulders back and your head held high.
“Repeat the phrase ‘I trust myself completely, and I honour my needs’ to yourself. Allow the words to resonate deep within your being, where they’ll become a guiding force in your life.
“Imagine a strong, protective boundary marker surrounding you, marking the perimeter of what you’re willing to accept in your life. This boundary represents your non-negotiables, your values, and your standards.
“Repeat the phrase ‘I set healthy boundaries, and I communicate them with clarity and confidence’ to yourself. Allow the words to become a mantra, guiding you in every interaction and decision.

“Take a deep breath in, holding the image and the feelings for a moment. As you exhale, imagine any remaining doubts or fears leaving your body, making room for the confidence and self-assurance that’s blossoming within you.”
Counting and Awakening
“Take a moment to relax and enjoy the feelings of confidence and strength that have taken root within you. Know that these feelings will stay with you, long after this session has ended.
“Now, slowly start to count backwards from 10, feeling yourself becoming more awake and alert with each number. 10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1.
“When you reach 1, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, open your eyes, feeling refreshed, revitalized, and empowered with unwavering confidence and healthy boundaries.”
