Here is a script for a hypnotherapy session on activating your intuition:

Induction

(Soothing music plays in the background)

Hello, and welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, allow yourself to relax.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful environment, surrounded by nature. Visualize the sights, sounds, and smells of this serene place. Allow the calming atmosphere to envelop you, and feel your body and mind relaxing.

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel your eyelids growing heavy, your shoulders dropping, and your jaw releasing any tension.

Deepening

As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count backwards from 10 to 1. With each number, you’ll feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more calm, and more open to your intuition.

10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1…

Body Scan

Now, bring your attention to your body. Starting from the crown of your head, bring awareness to each part of your body, slowly scanning down to your toes.

As you focus on each area, release any tension, any stress, or any discomfort. Allow yourself to let go of any physical or emotional weight that you may be carrying.

Intuitive Connection

Imagine a bright, pulsing light filling your entire body, starting from the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes. This light represents your intuition, your inner guidance, and your deepest wisdom.

As you inhale, visualize this light expanding, filling your entire body and surrounding you with its warm, comforting energy. As you exhale, imagine any doubts, fears, or uncertainties leaving your body.

Third Eye Meditation

Now, focus on your third eye, the point between your eyebrows. Imagine a bright, shining star radiating from within your third eye. This star represents your intuition, your insight, and your inner wisdom.

Repeat the following affirmation to yourself:

“I trust my intuition, and I know that it guides me towards my highest good.”

Guided Visualization

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by a radiant light. This light represents your intuition, and it is here to guide and support you.

Ask your intuition any questions you may have, and listen to its wise and loving guidance. Remember, your intuition is within you, and it is always available to you.

Reinforcement

Remember, you have the power to choose how you respond to life’s challenges. You can always take a few deep breaths, focus on your body, and connect with your intuition.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I’ll count backwards from 5 to 1. With each number, you’ll feel yourself becoming more connected to your intuition, more trusting of your inner guidance, and more confident in your decisions.

Awakening

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Notice how you feel more relaxed, more centered, and more connected to your intuition.

Remember, the sense of intuition and inner guidance you’ve cultivated during this session is always available to you. Simply take a few deep breaths, focus on your body, and visualize your third eye to reconnect with your intuition.
